Super amazing rooftop pool! We came for one night on a layover and it cured us of fatigue and jet lag. Staff were so friendly, and the location is right near a metro station (like literally down an elevator and you are there).

Sehr zentral gelegen, direkt verbunden mit dem MRT und den grossen Shopping Tempeln an der Orchard Road, viele Foodcourts und auch Restaurants in der Naehe. Taxi Pick-up gleich vor dem Hotel. Kleiner Pool auf dem Dach.

Fruehstueck ist qualitative nicht ueberragend fuer den Preis. Zimmer eher klein.

Variety of food and selection of drink. The staffs are well - managed and tried to get you to the table. It is depends on what time you come to the breakfast outlet, early morning before 9am would be less people. Location is superb, you can take couple mins to many famous restaurants.

The dust in the room is everywhere especially the bathroom door and curtain, i got eye inflammation after i got back to my hometown. Also the area in the front of the room is quite slippy and make me fall however the hotel staff has prompt response and make sure i dont have to pay for the broken glass. Also the check in takes longer than expected.

Didn’t like bathroom design.

Location was great, central and above an MRT (metro) station. Buffet lunch was very good value. Managed a quick swim in the pool before a storm and a late evening drink at the pool bar in the evening- the city views were lovely. Enjoyed room service delivered by robot Jeni. Good room, very good aircon, separate toilet and shower was nice.

The room was spacious, the location was ideal just next to the MRT and the a big mall, the deck with its swimming pool was awesome.

The maintenance on the swimming pool but they did not really have the choice.

Clean . Modern. Pool area beautiful. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfasts .

Que por todo facturan demaciado...Podría ser un poco más económico. El desayuno debiera ser incluido en el precio por noche... Que no es nada de barato.

The location is great for exploring Singapore. Staff all were friendly and accommodating. The pool is great and the view from the pool deck outstanding.

The bed was surprisingly hard. Minor inconvenience: since the main lobby of the hotel is on the 10th floor, have to take two elevators to get to street level.

There are many things to love here. The location is great for exploring the city and getting everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, even helping me find a dental clinic nearby when I was faced with a dental emergency. They granted both early check in and check out to meet my flight times. The breakfast buffet was lovely and plentiful. The pool and view were wonderful and I wish I had more time to enjoy them. Finally, the Club Suite room with the included snack buffet and free drinks from 5:30-7:30 in the Club Lounge was awesome. It was the perfect way to kick start our evenings on the town.

Everything was good. The room was a little small, but I was not in it for very long.

Great location, water filter for drinking was great and breakfast was yum.

Need to clarify between booking.com And hotel about rooms for family of 4. As hotel Says an 11 year old should be sleeping in king bed with parents not In seperate bed. Not acceptable.

Location & rooftop pool. Didn’t experience the food because there was so much close by we ended up eating out.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The facilities were awesome.

I would have preferred to have booked a bigger room next time.

Location was perfect. Bed very comfortable. The room was tight when we had a rollaway bed installed.

One guest was gluten free and the breakfast had very little for her to eat. Pool staff were very slow with drinks. Drinks very expensive compared to other hotels. Didn’t like that our bathroom was a shower inside a bath.

The breakfast was more than Gould need and it was in a fresh and well spaced environment

Location was great in the heart of Somerset atop of the MRT, The hotel is modern and comfortable we paid extra for a club room which entitled us to breakfast, all day access for tea coffee and soft drinks and evening drinks and a light snacks. The room was small but modern with a King bed, bathroom also small but well designed and adequate. The view was to die for from our window and the rooftop pool. We dined in the restaurant one night and we were attended to wonderfully and the food was amazing.

As stated above, we paid extra for a club room and have done so in other hotels in Singapore previously to have access to a quiet lounge with some comforts as described above. What we were unaware of is that for a daily fee anyone can access this area and some guests made it the dining and drinking venue arriving before the evening drinks taking up all available seating, the room was loud and when we arrived there was no room to sit, no wine glasses, no wine and families were gorging themselves on the food that was on offer. Children were not being supervised in the lounge. This happened each night of our stay we complained but little was done to quell this phenomenon. In short we will return but we will save some money and not pay for a club room again. The location and the amenity of the building and surround are what drew us to this hotel.
