Отличное месторасположение. Был двухкомнатный номер , просторный с красивым дизайном в венецианском стиле. Очень приветливый персонал.
Маленькое помещение для завтрака , недостаточное количество столиков для гостей на завтрак. Выбор продуктов на завтрак скудный . В отеле нет ресторана и бара. Кондиционер шумный и давно в нем не меняли фильтры, приходилось его отключать на ночь. Для четверых человек было только два одеяла ) без пододеяльников), что для детей крайне не удобно.

Good location, about 10 mins from Rialto so easy transfers from water taxi

Breakfast had great options, although noticed others got offered cappuccinos but we got offered standard coffee
Overall a lovely hotel, with traditional feels.
The only thing I would question, is the cost of the hotel water taxi. Airport transfer was €90 each (water taxi to Rialto was €15) and we wanted to go to Tronchetto a local tour meeting point, and again €90. But the water taxi was €10, so just seemed a bit extortionate.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. My suite was beautiful although a shower would have been better than the very deep bath. The breakfast buffet was lovely. It's a gorgeous hotel with its own landing stage for a water taxi trip from the airport.
I realise the lovely free standing bath was in keeping with the style of my suite but I found showering with the hand held shower head, difficult and messy.

We loved our room (we selected the Executive Suite with canal view), as also all the reception team, who are doing a great job (especially Andrea and Valeriu).
This hotel is the absolute place to stay! Highly recommended !

A five star hotel as advertised, no pretense. Very helpful staff especially Sam making my wife at ease (she was afraid of all the water around the hotel) and Sam showed the security and emergency evacuation system. Execellent value for money.

Great hotel, great ambiance, excellent staff. will definitely come back again. from the private dock, to excellent facilities, this hotel is a gem in Venezia.

The hotel is magnificent, our room was huge, comfortable and beautifully decorated, we felt like living in a palace in Venice! The location was also fantastic, close to everything and just outside the hubbub. The staff was helpful and very kind.

The location of the hotel was close to city center, the stuff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was perfect, with a big variety of selections. To sum up it was a wonderful stay.
