We had a lovely, spacious room and it felt like home. The location was superb, close to Salamanca and Hobart but nestled in the historic Battery Point with beautiful architecture and surroundings.
That our trip was so short.

The facility was very nice. There was free parking, and a nice quiet neighbourhood. The room was very large and comfortable.
Everything met our needs.

- Only soap bar provided; prefer a soap dispenser
- Lack of fresh air at night because the curtains are blocking the opening

Location was great, bit hilly perhaps for older people, but so worth it. Very pretty.
Slightly easier parking, however the terrain doesn't favour that.

This was a lovely room in a nice well-located house. The street was very quiet and the view from the upstairs balcony area was beautiful. The room was well laid out and a nice size. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.
It is located only a few minutes drive or about 15 minutes walk to the Salamanca area were there were many nice bars, cafes and restaurants.

The location was close to everything. Within walking distance. A lovely abode.
More of a kitchen to cook in. It only had a microwave.

It’s got a quiet neighborhood and nice room on a safe location.
The door of my room (one Queen one single) has got a glass door which can be easy to see through from the outside, and the door lock works but but it has the metal stop attached to the ground didnt work. I wish it would have been fixed for a safer stay.

Really close to central Hobart, nice view from our windows. Set amongst beautiful houses with interesting walk in to town checking out all the architecture. Our room was big which was good.
Nothing really to dislike. It’s a bit run down, and never enough milk for tea. The property photo on booking.com vastly exaggerates the reality of the actual building.

Excellenrt location and large and comfortable room. A problem with the key as in a locksmith needs to check out and make sure it is not a struggle to get in.

Quirky historic place, with private entry and free off street parking
Check in was just a smidge clunky as the message didn't appear to get through about doors n keys, but only took a call to fix

Location was great - good pub/restaurant nearby. Big rooms, lots of space, light and good view.
We didn't like the first room we were given but the staff moved us very quickly without any issue.

Great location. Close to restaurants and bakery. Spacious room. Water views.
Microwave available in common area, but no toaster, which would have been useful. (Possibly a H&S issue.) Crockery available, but would have liked a sink for washing up.

People in apartment above stomping across the floor until midnight kept us awake and bathroom needs cleaning-mouldy

location was rather central. Room 5 had an amazing view and huge room. Keys were left out and good communication via sms.
