The room was spotlessly clean and preheated which was very welcoming for our wet arrival in Kyneton. Lovely fluffy towels on a heated towel rack and a high pressure shower were much appreciated.

The bed and pillows were very soft and not very supportive. It was great to have off street parking but there was no lighting which was a bit of a hazard on the very wet weekend we were staying and a little be disconcerting for my daughter and I at night as it was pitch black.

Beautiful room and furnishings

Insufficient heating. Strongly encourage installation of a split system. For the price it’s not reasonable to expect a warmer room.

Good sized room with an extremely comfortable bed.

The coffee table in the living room was a bit too low for comfort.

It was very quiet, Bed was good to sleep in.

Rooms where very much over priced for a very compact small room. There was only 2 dinner plates & 2 knives but no Forks, that draw has no pull knob to open the draw. Very hard to open wardrobe door when the string pull gets locked inside the door. Bath Room door wouldn't snib shut. Floor boards squeaked when walking around the room. No Microwave to heat a meal.

Comfy bed, central location, privacy, clean facilities, large bathroom and general pleasing look of room and outside. Great shop also!!!

Nothing to complain about except a little point -maybe T.V needs to be up on wall instead of beside bed. Slightly awkward for comfort to watch. (Although not much time spent on TV due to wonderful town sights and shops and comfy bed to sleep in.)

Location was great - central but quiet. Owner was extremely helpful, offering great suggestions for dining and other activities. Room was really comfortable, with lots of well considered touches to make our stay enjoyable.

The weather was mid 30degrees, no air conditioning, it did cool down at night. No Wifi.
