Cottage di lusso in una posizione straordinaria di fronte al Kyneton Botanic Gardens che consente agli ospiti di godersi l'atmosfera dei giardini ed esplorare la passeggiata sul fiume locale.
Kenmaur è stato magnificamente rinnovato per offrire comfort e lusso ai nostri ospiti. Aprendo la porta d'ingresso rimarrai deliziato dalle originali assi del pavimento baltico.
Il cottage ha tre camere da letto, due con letti queen size e una con due letti singoli king. Viene fornita biancheria di qualità per garantire ai nostri ospiti un soggiorno confortevole. La camera da letto principale ha un lussuoso bagno privato e porte francesi che conducono al ponte esterno.
Il salotto è molto confortevole e include una TV al plasma da 55 pollici e un lettore DVD. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di ampi posti a sedere per sei o più persone.
Il cottage dispone di una lavanderia europea attrezzata con lavatrice / asciugatrice combinate.
Il riscaldamento canalizzato è presente in tutte le camere, compresi i bagni che lo rendono molto accogliente per gli ospiti durante i freddi inverni di Kyneton.
Sistema a ciclo inverso Split Il climatizzatore nel salone filtra attraverso la casa per creare un ambiente confortevole nei giorni più caldi.
Il bagno principale comprende una vasca autoportante, due lavandini ed entrambi i bagni sono dotati di accessori di qualità e soffioni per doccia a pioggia
Il giardino posteriore comprende una terrazza e un ambiente esterno per gli ospiti per rilassarsi e godersi l'ambiente tranquillo.
Il Kenmaur Cottage si trova a pochi passi dal centro della città (600 metri), da numerosi ristoranti locali, 1 km dalla storica Piper Street e 750 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Kyneton.
È disponibile anche un parcheggio fuori strada.

Very cute renovated house in Kyneton. Good heating for the cold winter nights. Close enough to walk into Kyneton. Also a good base to visit the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location, very clean, with extremely comfy beds and all of the amenities needed for a great family holiday.

Perfect cottage for our family of five with teens and tweens! Easy walk to town and right opposite Kyneton’s Botanical gardens as well as plenty of books board games and access to TVs and wifi indoors made sure we had things to do even on thunderstorm affected days. The kids loved plucking fresh plums from the laden backyard tree every day! Karen was very lovely to communicate with for any questions we had…

We loved our stay at the delightful Kenmaur Cottage. Immaculately clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was of very high quality. The location was excellent- close to town and opposite the beautiful Botanic Gardens. Thank you so much Karen!

This property was beautiful, in a beautiful position across from the.botanical gardens. When checking in the key was not where it was suppised to be but a quick call was able to enter the property l.

Lovely little home, easy check in and very clean. Was the second occasion o have stayed here with friends. Location is perfect for a weekend away in Kyneton. Walking distance to everything.

Great location to launch our rides from. Spacious clean, well equipped. Bed linen was thick and good quality.
Only annoying thing was the enquire shower which leaked under door ++ real slip hazard.

Lovely , spotlessly clean and tidy period 3 bedroom home. Perfect for our 4 day stay. So many little extras which made the stay easy.Perfect position if you have young children as the fabulous children's playground is across the road as is the beautiful botanical gardens. A short , easy walk to the main street and a bit longer to Piper Street. Also recommend the Campaspe River walk which is great for all ages and beautiful arund sunset.

We are 3 elderly ladies and this property suited us perfectly. We all remarked on the comfortable beds and the overall convenience. Only one suggestion from one of us is that a non skid mat in the showers would be helpful for people of our age

Kyneton Getaway
We had a lovely time in Kyneton, Karen’s place was a perfect place for our weekend get away. It is clean and well appointed with lovely furnishings. We appreciated the extra blankets and electric blankets on the beds. The beds were all very comfortable with nice plush pillows. Great location not far from Piper Street and right opposite the Botanical Gardens.

Would stay again in future given the opportunity.
