Amazing central location. Beautifully maintained, homey space. Incredible, friendly, generous host.

The host was wonderful in her communications, and answering any questions. The breakfast supply was fantastic! We felt spoilt for choice on tea, coffee, spreads, fresh fruit, fruit juice and health bars. The kitchen was well equiped, just like being at home. The bathroom supplies were great too. The linen and towels were very clean, and the bedrooms were very well presented and a good size. The cottage has heating and cooling in every room, as well as ample well placed lighting to create the feel of welcome and comfort. Thank you :)

Location, location location!!!

No wifi, in a country town where wifi reception is rubbish this is essential at this price point.

Location, host very helpful, so comfortable and clean - the family gathering meant our bookings were close to everyone of us and the township Kyneton had everything - so close to Darcys

The location is excellent. The facilities were excellent and seemed new however bathroom very small. Generally spacious property.

At $500 a night, it feels a bit over priced especially in the middle of winter. There is also no wifi and poor phone & internet reception.

Can’t beat the location. Very tidy, cosy space with mod cons. The breakfast ingredients were a lovely touch. Highly recommend.
