Great quiet location. Very comfy beds. Cottage cosy and warm. Lots of extras in the kitchen. Lots of home comforts.

great location and wonderfully effective heating, even in the bathroom, well equipped, everything we wanted! bed. dry comfortable and I’d love to know what doona it was - it was excellent

batteries flat in tv remote - not a big deal!

Cottage was immaculate, bed and bedding was so comfortable, kitchen facilities exceeded our exoectation

great location opposite the botanic gardens, comfy beds, nice and quiet and about a 750m walk into Kyneton. bathroom was new and has a nice big bath (though we didnt have time to use)

The location was fantastic. Opposite the Botanical Gardens and an easy walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. It was warm inside and has two lovely spacious clean bathrooms . The house still maintained some period features. Very comfy indeed .

I liked everything , it could possibly have a better area out back for eating in the nicer weather

Keys safe made it easy to arrive at a time convenient to us. Property beautifully maintained, full of character, spacious and very clean. Next door's super friendly cat was a bonus!
