Overall room was good. Location was not good. The room was very small. And the bathroom was not clean, it had a few cockroaches. Not worth the amount.

Staff was ok and bit helping.

The worst locality Feels like slum area Rooms smells very awful. Bedsheets and towels are not clean. Rooms are small in size.

Close to two big malls The beds were comfy Well functioning AC Hot Shower Helpful staff TV isn’t great but it has English movies on it. Excellent wifi - 10/10 👍

The room didn’t meet the expectations set by the photos and it could use a little cleaning from dust, but we still had a very comfortable stay!

Nothing to like in that hotel

Room was very small as compared to images listed in booking.com. AC was not working. We complained and they did some adjustments. After 10 minutes again AC got problem. Room had a bad odour as well

Subpar

The pictures and name of the hotel are misleading. Rooms are smaller and not taken care off. We saw multiple cockroaches and a rat! Had bites of bedbugs. The area is quite noisy, which is not too surprising in Mumbai, but when the wind is coming from the wrong side the airplanes that are landing right over the hotel it's extra noise. The area surrounding the hotel is described as unsafe by the staff themselves. They told us to just go to the main road, not head into the neighborhood. However, it's very interesting to see how the people in slums are living their lives. The staff was very focussed on money and asked about full payment even though we payed nearly half the amount for our 4 nights and told them we needed to go to the ATM to pay the rest. Felt very unfriendly. They were not smiling much, felt kind of grumpy all the time. On the last day 1 of them gave my daughter 2 very old Indian 10/20 rupees notes for her collection though, which was really nice.

It was dirty, not same as in the pictures, beds are not clean, pillows are like they saved from the 80’s. I will never stay here nor recommend this place.
