Location is very strategic. Close to shopping malls and is situated in the main road. Clean and cozy.
The hotel's attempt to replace my originally booked accomodation by claiming that the room has problem(the staff gave two contradicting reasons).

It was cleanish
Street noise, ac noise, staff not very helpful. Extra charges for no real value. My plane had an overnight layover so I decided to stay at this hotel. It’s too far from the airport. The extra charge for a Los key card was exorbitant. The check in process was not smooth. The staff had no idea where to find food at the time of night that I was there, even though plenty of restaurants are still open. Overall was not a good experience.

No bath towels provided. We requested but nobody cared to provide.

The property is conveniently located in the center of city, near sm cebu
The place needs serious maintenance and update. The bathroom although cleaned by staff has junks and molds around the sink and bathtub, there were mosquitos as well. They need to update the place and serious cleaning. The place looks good but needs updating and proper maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is great. Everything is accessible but they could still improve the cleanliness of their rooms.
The beds, air conditioner was too low, it was very humid inside the room. The bathrooms smell, we didn't even want to touch anything in it.

need some improvements for the ceiling and the toilet drainage room #309 staff told me it was an office before so i give some consideration..coz i ask to transfer into this room the neighborhood karaoke was terrible you can barely heard it from our previous room.

Location was good.
The state of the room. We thought of having a deluxe room for a better experience, but the state of the room was not so good. The AC took the whole night to cool the room, the fridge was not that cooling. The lights was insufficient. We also found dirt at the sofa bed, the linens and one of the towels. We asked for hotel's help and they kept saying that they will send someone up to take a look, but no one came. The toilet knobs was rusty too and the shower head needs shaking for water to come out. It was very troublesome to have just one keycard (most hotels give atleast 2 cards).
