No maintenance was done, the Unit had broken hand flush in both bathrooms, water leakage and AC remote was not working

Location was convenient as it is just adjacent to KSL city mall. Check in and out was quick since we could easily access and drop the keys back into the mailbox. The TV was modern and the sofa area was great to gather around. The views from the full glass windows of the master bedroom and balcony was great. Owner created a WhatsApp group to connect and to send us the check-in instructions. He was responsive too when we called for assistance.

Overall, the place felt abit rundown. Furniture in the rooms and kitchen felt old and used. You could visibly see damaged marks on them. We did not feel like they were cleaned although it could have been. The kettle was dirty and the entire kitchen just didn't vibe with us thus we did not use any other amenities. Aircon was just sufficient enough to be comfortable, but would operate with a loud sound in the rooms at night. This might be an issue for light sleepers. Rooms had a slight musky smell but we weren't quite bothered with it. The common toilet would tend to flood due to the slow drainage thus we had to be mindful. The hot water came about after some time. Pillows were pretty hard...

property management inexperienced and unprofessional. 2 days before stay: calls to inform that master bedroom aircon is spoilt. did not offer compensation but agrees to accommodate if we arrive before check in. did not mention early check in fees. day of Check in: informs that we need to pay early check in fee by the hour. when reminded of spoilt aircon, offers compensation, and reduced the check in fee amount. compensation after payment of early check in fees would be 12% of the stay. night of stay at 10.30 PM, property manager calls to say they offered the wrong compensation amount. will not make any payments, but if I insisted, staff will pay out of their own pocket and asked for my bank account. morning of check out: only lift to enter apartment which requires keycard to activate breaks down. we had to early check out. With this, they refunded 25% of the night’s stay. this stay managed to combine the worst of hotel stays and home stays.
