Stunning Remodeled 2BD/2BA Oceanview Condo
Kauhale Makai (Village by the Sea) è un paradiso definito. Questo condominio 2 bd / 2 ba è stato spogliato fino al midollo e completamente ristrutturato quest'anno. La nuovissima cucina ha ripiani in granito con elettrodomestici top di gamma. Le camere da letto e i bagni sono magnificamente arredati per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più perfetto possibile.
Questo condominio al quarto piano ha una fantastica vista sull'oceano dalla camera da letto, cucina, soggiorno e lanai. Rilassati sul lanai mentre guardi le palme che ondeggiano nella brezza e le balene e i windsurfisti danzano sull'oceano scintillante.
Il resort Kauhale Makai comprende una piscina splendidamente piastrellata, jacuzzi, piscina per bambini, putting green, shuffle board e campo da pallavolo. I nostri ospiti sono invitati a utilizzare i campi da tennis pubblici gratuiti situati a sud del condominio. Non c'è niente tra il resort e la spiaggia tranne una grande area erbosa cosparsa di palme - nessuna strada da attraversare!
Inoltre è incluso l'accesso ad internet ad alta velocità gratuito !!! Un letto king-size nella camera da letto principale, 2 letti singoli (trasformabili in letto king size) nella seconda camera da letto e un divano letto Queen sono disponibili per un totale di 6 ospiti. Inoltre, non ci sono scale da salire ... Due ascensori servono tutti e sei i piani del complesso. Siamo molto fortunati ad avere l'aria condizionata centralizzata nell'unità. Quasi tutti gli altri condomini nel nord di Kihei non offrono aria centrale!
Camminare lungo la spiaggia fino al centro di Kihei per negozi e ristoranti, o all'avamposto della Pacific Whale Foundation per osservare le balene in stagione (da metà dicembre a metà maggio). Meno di dieci miglia per l'aeroporto di Kahului. Centrale a quasi tutto sull'isola di Maui, comprese tutte le migliori spiagge.
NOTA: EDILIZIA COSTRUZIONE:

Beautiful, clean condo with a fabulous view! Communication with owner was easy and quick. Easy to get to from the airport and close to shopping and restaurants. We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We found the stay very relaxing. Good location for taking walks on the beach and a short drive to most amenities. We would return in a heart beat.

This clean and comfy place had a stunning lanai, privacy for adults and good sep. beds for kids, and everything we needed to enjoy everything. Highly recommend!
The only weird thing is second bedroom windows are sealed shut and a vent from other peoples cooking seems to send air in that room. Garlic smell woke kids up! Should also leave some instruction for the lights.

My family of four enjoyed our time in this condo. Stephen was an amazing communicator throughout not only the booking process, but also answered questions as we got closer to check in. And he went above and beyond to restore wifi service quickly when we reported it wasn’t working. The unit itself is cozy but comfortable for a short stay. It is amazingly well stocked with ample towels and linens and the kitchen was great as well (fyi no oven but there is a stove and microwave). Laundry is in the building not in the unit. Nice ocean view from the terrace. Would stay here again!

The condo was extremely well outfitted for a family who does a fair bit of cooking at home on vacation! The location was wonderful and everything was communicated well. Would absolutely return again!

This was a nice and quiet place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. We really had no complaints about anything during our stay.

The place was just as described and was super clean! I had to contact the owner once and he was super responsive and promptly helped us out. We had a great time and the location of the condo is a short walk from the beach with a great view.

Almost everything we needed was in the condo (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards), but get your own snorkel gear. Location convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and drug stores. We ended up renting paddleboards, and there is a board storage area at the front of each building (you need to provide your own padlocks). We saw turtles off the beach at the condo, but definitely get in the car and drive south for good snorkeling. The view from the lanai is half beautiful ocean and half parking lot. A small complaint is that it is very easy to hear the upstairs neighbors (scooting chairs, moving furniture??) and smell their cooking through the ventilation.

only two things missing.
1. safe was not there(didnt feel that we needed it)
2. missing dispenser's in one bath room for soap and shampoo.

Everything was easy about this rental. Owner would even responding quickly over text with answers to my questions. Master bathroom is newly remodeled and the whole building was nicely taken care of. Would highly recommend!

Great communication with owner. Beautiful property! Perfect location. We had wild children and the field in front of the beach was a perfect area for them to run in. The place is quiet and centrally located. The unit itself is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were comfortable with our family of five. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Stayed for four nights as a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 teens). The place is great - clean, quiet, convenient, and the views are breathtaking. Check in and communication were smooth. The place is definitely on the smaller side, with a small living room, so a bit tight for 5, but worked very well for a shorter stay.

Great communication with owner. Nice and clean condo. Almost every thing you need for the beach. Nice view from the 4th floor lanai. Very quite. Lots of utensils for cooking. 2 nice bedrooms and 2 nice showers. Love this condo !!

This property was just as listed. Being able to see the ocean from the condo and walk directly to the beach with out crossing a street was wonderful! Shops and restaurants nearby.. Condo had everything we needed. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourists yet convenient to attractions. We loved it more every day we were there!

Exceptional Views, Luxury, Quiet, Heaven
This property was absolutely fantastic! Close to shopping (walkable), beautiful property. Laundry wasn’t in the condo but extremely close and convenient. Ultra luxurious! We had a brief problem with the A/C, the owner took care of it immediately. We would stay here again anytime.

I was worried it would be a letdown for the family but it was such a cozy unit and a nice change of pace from the craziness of the larger resorts. It was clean and met our needs. House cleaner was wonderful and responsive, the pool and hot tub were nice, and the view from the lanai was perfect. A great final few nights in paradise!
