The hotel room is clean. Spacious and comfortable. Despite the renovation is still on going, but the hall has been well kept.
The aircon sound slightly louder but is bearable.

The location is very close to malls, restaurants and massage parlours. The buffet breakfast was also really good.
The hotel does not allow buses to enter. Because we were a group of 15 pax, we rented a bus for our trip but the bus was not able to drop us off at the hotel lobby. We had to walk to the main road 100 m from the hotel to ride the bus.

The room is spacious and had all the facilities we need. I love it’s especially the washing machine as we travelled as family and needed to get clothes cleansed everyday.
The location is excellent it is nearby to all the tourist spots within walking distance. Eg. Tofu skincare, malls such as pratunam/december/big c/central world, night markets, 7e, massage saloon, street food hawkers all below the hotel.
The hotel is currently under renovation and it gets a little cramp and dusty.

The room was spacious for a family. They accommodated our room requests to be closer to each other. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! We would be returning again.

L'emplacement très correct a quelques centaines de mètres de station de métro ! La grandeur de la chambre ! Le confort du lit ! Les toilettes japonaises que je voudrais bien partout ! Excellent petit déjeuner

The location is good, very close to many attractions
The first room was a disaster in terms of cleaning. We found spots and insects on the beds, and they look like they haven't been cleaned for a long time
We requested to change the rooms and it was much better.
The hotel is under renovation, so if you are going to book, try rooms in the lower floors 7 and under
The breakfast is not wow, good for morning coffee and egg plate!

Housekeeping team was helpful to help hang our wet clothes ( aft swimming) on the clothing rack.. ( we layed our wet clothes on the floor at the balcony to dry) ..

Toilet door was not able to close completely and there was no place for us to hang our clothes in the toilet.

location is fantastic. there is a sofa bed and I can easily set it up for my kids to sleep. Nearby masseur can come over to massage at no surchrage.

The location, friendliness of the counter staff and it is value for money
Some parts of the room are a little dirty, with some stains on the sheets. The upper floors are a little rundown which the current renovation is good! The deluxe room was smaller than expected.

The hotel room was surprisingly big! It was definitely worth the price paid.

The newly renovated room was very cosy and nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very proactive as they will call to check if you require their service.
First day stay and we saw a cockroach in the room during the night. Not a real big deal but could be better to ensure no bugs in the room before customer check in. The lift was very slow too. During peak hours, have to wait for at least 15mins. Hope it will be better after their renovation.
