Excellent location, nice outdoor design, superb garden. Convenient access to the seaside. Quiet place, excellent for families. Lots of restaurants around nearby marina with good food, at walking distance, however one should be in a good shape to climb the road by the beach. Prices over medium. Having a car at disposal would make life easier for visiting nearby points of interest. Some of the staff were speaking English, especially the young generation. We may come back in the next season. However, I've noticed other nearby properties that could have better prices on the end season and closer to the restaurants within the marina.

Food at italian restaurant is just quicly prepared food, no italian taste, more like a cantine. The furniture in the apartments is not in the best shape, however there is all you could need for a vacation. Maybe the entire hotel would need some small maintenance works, so the tourists would not observe some obvious deficiencies. Staff is not quite friendly nor distant. I assume everyone was waiting for the season ending.

They showed a film In the kids club, but close it before the movie ends, the kids were very disappointed but other than that all was good

The positive points are the pool and the room size.

I have seen lots of positive reviews, but we stayed at the main hotel, and even if the room was big, it has lots of gaps, like: we were 4 persons and they gave us only 2 towels and when we ask the cleaning lady she said that if the room has 2 she cannot give us more, in the bathroom we only had 2 small hand soaps and a hanging soap dispenser, nothing else, the sofa was broken and dirty, to make the kids sleep there we had to buy extra sheets to be sure that everything it will be ok, because they won’t give you extra sheets. We had full board meals and in lunch and dinner they obligated us to buy water, because it is not included in the meal, and it was like overpriced. The food was not tasty, and it is only junk food, clearly not a 5 star hotel food! From our point of view it is a 3,5 star hotel and restaurant.

The food

Externally overpriced. The prices are aimed at Swiss bankers, with quality of service from East European country. I am originally from Bulgaria and I can verify that the prices are not accurate for the quality. Moreover, the hotel is 4 starts worth.

Beautiful complex with flowers, ponds and pools. The beach is clean and well maintained with umbrellas for rent and free space too. The buffet has a lot of variety and there are other restaurants too.

The shower is on a platform, as high as an usual bath tub, yet only about 30 cm deep. I am unsure if this was supposed to be a bath tub? The hair dryer was very old and melted on the inside and would turn off after overheating. The air conditioner was leaking on the bed.

I really liked the garden areas and mature trees and flowers growing around the complex, plus a lovely winding stream along the paths.

Our apartment was very spacious, we really enjoyed late evenings on our terrace with a sea view. It was really beautiful.

The place is very quiet and with good taste. The staff was very nice.

Although the complex is very nice, the beach is not at the same standard.

The glory days of this hotel are long gone. And it certainly doesn't deserve 5 stars. The staff at the reception has a big problem with communicating in English. Receptionists do not communicate with each other which only leads to embarrassing situations for guests. One of the situations was to book a driver to take us to Nessebar. As it turned out later our reservation was transferred to someone else. As for the hotel room. It's The ceiling was definitely notorious for flooding. The hotel manager said it was my fault because the A/C is set too low and the temperature difference is too big. There is a lot to add, I do not recommend this hotel!

Location and gardens

The beds are old and some of the mattress were broken. The shower curtains are too short water gets into everything

Everything you need is included in the price - parking, baby cot, etc. come without additional charge. You have multiple options for meals within the complex. The Garden is great for a walk. Our room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided.

The bad was making horrible sounds whenever you turned around or just moved a muscle, which was a big issue since we have a little kid. There were not many plug contacts, and the voltage was higher than usual for Bulgaria. Most of the lifts are very slow and without any kind of air conditioning.

The resort is secluded and you have most amenities inside, without needing to go to town necessarily.

It’s quite old, the rooms could use some improvement (we had a leaking water heater in our room). cleaning could be better as well - the room had dust and spider webs. Most of the staff don’t speak English. You also need cash for some of the bars. Definitely not a 5 star place, more like 3

the complex is situated in a nice quiet part of the town. it has a big garden of plants with many trees and pools. it is very well suites for families with kids. it has 3 restaurants which are not great, but not bad either. there is a supermarket on the property which makea things fairly easy for families

the general feeling inside the apartment is that it is not very clean. the carpet was sticky, the bathroom had mould spots and the couch was sticky as well. the cleaning lady only mopped the floor and change towels, but did not change the beddings.. which was unpleasant for a week stay

Was a pleasure to stay at Garden of Eden. Very clean the beach, room and pool. The food was great and the staff!

The apartment was lovely, clean and big with everything you needed. Help with transportation of you and your luggage. It's a lovely place if you are fit and healthy but not if your disabled

1. No parking when you book in. 2.the room we booked was meant to have a lift . My husband is disabled. But had only stairs. 3. They found us another room with lift , but not seafront. But when husband used it He was stuck inside as the door would not open. This meant we couldn't get his mobility scooter up into the room to charge it. , And my husband had to walk up and down 18 stairs every time we went out. He has a bad heart.this was still not repaired when we left 7 days later and no notice was ever put on it . On a good note they let us charge the scooter in reception but I had to walk back after taking it up and walk to get it in the morning. 4. Only one restaurant was open and I couldn't get a massage as they don't open untill July .
