L’emplacement à côté de Starbucks et du métro moins de 20m et l’accueil de nuit adorable !

The hotel was perfectly located directly across from the train station. We were only in town for a day and a half, so the proximity to the train station made it easy to get in and out of town. We did a couple of walking tours which didn't take us too far from the centrally located hotel. We also walked to the port and took a boat across the lake to Evian. Again, great location. The room had a lake view and was exceptionally large. Free gym attached to the hotel!! Great price with great ammenities.

Accueil du personnel, chambre très confortable et bien insonorisée car la chambre donnait sur la gare de Lausanne, machine à café dans la chambre ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié n'ayant pas le temps de prendre un petit déjeuner.
Tout était parfait, rien à redire car je ne suis restée qu'une nuit

Everything. The staff is amazingly polite and helpful, perfect room, perfect mattress, perfect everything! Can't help to leave a maximum evaluation!

Best location ever, when you just walk through the train station exit you will find it in front of you , also the reception checked me in at 10 am , that is so convenient to me.

The location and the spacious room. The super friendly Sicillian front desk officer.
There was a smell of sweaty armpits that did not go away no matter how much the housekeeping sprayed. The TV didn't work. The phone didn't work.

Closeness to the train station
There is a real issue with the internet. If your room is at the far wing of the corridor the connection is week and not stable

No automobile access for friends who pick us up.
A shelf under the lavabo would be nice, to put toiletries. Also, more towel holders/hooks.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing more than that. Location very good opposite the railway station.
single Rooms very small. Staff a bit superficial but ok. To be honest I think this hotel should be classified as a 3 star hotel. It does not really meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel.
