Due to ageing, furniture was not comfortable. Cockroaches can be spotted in kitchen and toilets.

Staff was helpful, quite property. Location of the property is the booking plus point.

Staff rude, pictures not accurate at all, shows balcony but forget it as you cannot use very misleading. Our room was very noisy planes the lifts right next to us, you could here all noises in the hallway. I complained 2 times and they did nothing too help. It was our first wedding anniversary and it was completely ruined by our experience. We decided to check out 4 days early and surprise surprise all of a sudden we were offered different room. Too late and we did not believe there would be a better room anyway. They have refused to refund last 4 days because of no refund policy. No refund policy does not exist if hotel is misleading, rude just poor behaviour all round. Still waiting for a refund but it's in lawyers hands now as they have stopped communicating

I really enjoyed my stay, and it made me to even add one more day to my stay… the cleaning guy Juboraj was very good with his job and very polite, most importantly my experience at the reception with Berto was the best! He paid special attention to my details, did his best to make my wife and I happy throughout our stay and he really help my in the process of adding the xtra day to my stay.

The wifi was not good at all we had wifi shortage for e whole complete night and it’s very bad for a hotel as star metro… I had to absent from a zoom meeting cuz I couldn’t connect! I think they should do all the best to avoid such situation to repeat itself again
