I liked totally absolutely everything except of what I did not like: ...

I thought I would die when I had found out that the #304 hotel room phone does not work so there was no way how to call the reception at 2AM to tell them that the sink is stuck so I had no way how to cool down my PET bottle of echt Chech beer brought from the local bar because there was even no fridge in the room except for the pictures on the wall being out of square which resulted into an OCD nervous breakdown. And there is no A/C and the room was overheated (probably in order to simulate conditions resembling hell) although the personnel had previously told me that the nearby second part of the hotel has been closed due to energy saving reasons. Basically the same like Room #13.

The restaurant connected to the hotel “Terassa” has good food.

The hotel has NO Wi-Fi, except if you seat next to the reception desk. The employees are lying to you in order to get money out of your credit card. Be careful.

great place ! clean, big room. nice shower with hair dryer , modern tv with Netflix , friendly and helpful staff. and my favorite , really good breakfast

Location near metro station. Parking. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Cleanliness.

Very thin walls. You can hear people in other rooms, their showers running, them closing doors, walking on the corridors. One night it woke me up like 20 times.

I asked for 4 single beds and I did not get it. Lady at the reception the first day was not very clear and communicative

Most things were satisfactory-- Wifi, breakfast, staff.

A serious limitation was the facilities-- the room did not have a hair dryer and I could not borrow one from the reception. I went to the reception on two different days, but was always told that someone borrowed the hairdryer and the receptionist did not know when there would be one. The hotel simply did not have enough hairdryers and there was no mechanism to ensure the guest can dry her hair. That was the only disappointment.

For the price paid it was a good basic hotel, the Prague transport system makes the location away from the town centre irrelevant.

Distance to metro Roztyly through forest around 5-8 minutes. Breakfast quite OK. Receptionist also good.

Rooms shall be more clean. I saw many dust on floor and carpets. Old wooden double windows. No A/C.
