Cleaning Staff Breakfast was nice Swimming pool was clean and cool

The distance between the room and the reception was too far and there’s many stairs we have to climb

Great breakfast and service. The cook made sure we were happy with our food.

If customer only chose to have breakfast included in their stay, please give them the option to pay cash if they required something else and offer the same quality service as a full board.

We enjoyed our stay, had a great time. Very clean hotel and attentive staff. The aqua bar was one of the best, Ahmed and Rami are very friendly and added joy to the pool with the lovely tunes and chats . Also the spa coccunt salt bath and message with the lovely Aya was superb 👌

will recommend you take the all inclusive package as the price for a beer were expensive (110 Egyptian pound).

Great staff The location of the hotel is great.

The breakfast was missing vegetables. The toilet paper was hard need to be soften.

we had a fantastic stay. The room was super nice. We love the view from our room. the shower was big enough and the snorkeling site was great.They even prepared some decoration for our room because it was for honeymoon vacation. the restaurant foods were delicious many choices and every night they change themes. Lovely hotel. We felt secured all the time. there are 4 pools lovely and spacious.

Food was fantastic... lots of variation and it was delicious! Room was super clean and the cleaners did an amazing job every day of keeping the room nice for us. Muhammad at the dive centre pool was so accommodating and friendly. The reef off of the hotel beach is incredible. An overall great stay, would highly reccomend!

The ONLY thing we would change is the entertainment in the evening is outside and very loud and we could often hear it from our room.

The hotel has a third party company that offers TAXI services. As the amounts are charged in US dollars, ideally they should give the change in the same currency and not only in Egyptian pounds
