I went and stayed here together with my fiancee, we had a great time together! The staff were very nice and friendly, way better than our expectation. It only took like 5 minutes to walk from the place to the Ancient Town center so it is very convenient for those who don't want to walk to dead back to their accommodation after the trip lol. Other services such as bicycle and laundry are prompt and of good quality too! I have spent a good time here with my love one so 10/10

Reasonable priced motorbike rental.
Reasonable priced chilled water, would probably spend much more on the streat because prices in HoiAn are off the Vietnam charts (Coffee in a local very cozy bar without "tourist tax" is 12d-19d and its much better tasting than the thing you get for 70d in the city just because their menu is in English).
Reasonable priced taxi to DaNang.

We extended our stay because we felt at home here: the staff is very kind and corteous, the breakfast was delicious, the hotel and rooms was clean at all times, the pool was perfect to relax and cool down, quiet street while being a 5 mn walk away from the old town.

(The owner was one of the nicest person we met in Hoi An. She made for us the breakfast very early in the morning because we have a trip the day we left. She also kept our things for us, negociated a good price for travelling and let us use de bycicles for free).

The staff was very nice and the location of the place is ideal for those who don't want to deal with a lot of noise. There is also a great view outside from the balcony, from which you can see lots of palm and banana trees. Great place for resting and enjoying nature!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The owners are great hosts and lovely people. The location is good being a 10 minute walk from the Ancient Town. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool one afternoon. The owner kindly arranged our onward journey from Hoi An to Hue which included stops at Marble Mountain, Hai Van Pass and then Lang Co beach for lunch. The price was much lower than the tours available online, and our driver and the car which we travelled in were great. Thank you!

The hosts were really really lovely and very helpful. Very friendly and always around. I was moved to a room on a higher floor as it became free which was really appreciated. The rooms are clean and have their own balconies that look out onto the pool and beyond which is nice in the evenings. The location was also really good - quick walk into the old town, mini market nearby. Pool was a nice addition.

Very Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Nice pool and a very cool and modern bathroom. The rooms are clean and Cozy. Good aircon system.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Such a beautiful room, everything so nicely arranged and cosy! The bed super comfortable! Beautiful balcony, pool. Good price! The owner is super friendly, and can arrange anything you could possibly wish for! Thank you!!! 😊🙏

The hotel was very great. The staff are super friendly and open for conversation. I find myself comfortable spending time here with my wife during a vacation trip from stressful time at work. The hotel has many Japanese decoration such as art and bamboo ornaments. If you are from Japan then you would find very closed to the way the house is decorated! Highly recommend for Tourists who loves to spend time in a quiet and beautiful place!

Absolute brilliant stay. Staff assisted with transport to the airport and provided rent free bikes to get to the beach. Hotel in good location to old town which was only a short walk away. Breakfast was freshly made with a good selection and rooms where beautifully decorated... Would definitely stay again!!!!

Best place i stayed in all. My trip through Vietnam. Amazing breakfast, spotless, beautiful pool. And Yumi was excellent hostess., taking care of us, providing really fair price motorbike or transportation to airport. They also provide free bikes, and, again, excellent breakfast.
