Unfriendly and unwilling to help with anything. Far away from city but NOT QUIET!!!! TRAFFIC AND DOOR ANGLING nothing "green" about the place and no views.

There is no phone in the room

Old Soviet hotel that has lost none of its charm and the room rate is incredibly low. Friendly staff and easy check in. My room was very large and clean with plenty of power outlets. Loved the balcony and the wide window. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Very thick walls too that keep out any noise. The hotel is also set back from the street so there is no road noise. The breakfast was one that I would even pay for but it was included in the room rate. This hotels far exceeded my expectations and I would stay here again.

The hotel can be a little difficult to get to if you do not have a car. But if you take the metro to the Moscow station and then take bus 128 then it will drop you off a very short distance from the hotel - maybe 300 meters. I was not able to pick up any hotel Wi-Fi but that was not a problem as I had a SIM card.

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel! I stayed there only for one night, and now I wish I could stay there longer. The staff are all kind and helpful, the breakfast was nice, the room was clean, the garden was beautiful… everything was very well taken care of. I also enjoyed the view from my room. It is about 5minutes walk from the hotel to the bus stop to catch the bus number 50 to the Sayran bus terminal.
