It was a great stay - the place was conveniently located, clean, and while you are sharing the common area with possibly strangers there is enough privacy and it was not noisy at all. Maria was easy to reach and available for any questions. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone, but it’s a particularly great place for a group traveling to the island as you can have your own rooms and enjoy the common area and swimming pool

Apartment was neat and clean and is in a quiet a d friendly neighborhood. It has supermarket and restaurants close by.
The bathroom was quite uncomfortable. Shower could not be used because there was no curtain or glass door to stop water from pouring out. Also only recommend for people who travel by car, since frequency of public transport is pretty poor.

Maria was very welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped to make your own meals. Full washing facilities are provided as well. The bed is very comfortable and aircon works well! Sencelles is a small but beautiful town. If you are hiring a car it is an ideal location to stay in the centre of the island.

I paid extra for what was described as a superior room, which was large with a couch and coffee table. The bathroom was modern and well-lit. The property is well located in Sencelles.
The room was very hot without any air-conditioning despite this feature being advertised on Booking.com. In addition, the mattress was hard so I did not sleep much when I stayed. No hand soap was provided so I had to purchase this.

Great location for those traveling by bicycle. Very close to many designated bike routes. Food store and restaurants close by. We were in room #6, large and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen.
Host uses WhatsApp to communicate and this was not mentioned on the website. No response to phone call, direct email or email through B.Com. We were very lucky the neighbors knew the host only used WhatsApp AND that the entrance with lock boxes is at the back of the property. These details need to be added to the website.

Great location to explore the island.
Communal kitchen and fridge. Directions to find your key could be improved. Very one goes to the front of the building when you need to go round the back.

Sencelles, the area, where the apartment is located, is a quiet, not touristy, little village in the middle of the island. There is a supermarket and some nice restaurants in walking distance. It's great for having a real Spain-experience and ideal for exploring the island with the car, as it's maximum 60 minutes to every part of Mallorca.
The check-in was really easy, we got the code and we could enter the building on our own.
There is no parking space provided, but it's really easy to find free parking spots within a 5 min walk.
