Decent hotel near one of the busiest parts of the city. Solid space in the room and good internet, heating and overall comfort. Has a sauna, but I didn't visit so not sure how it is. Breakfast is just OK, enough to get you going.

The elevator is just one and is really slow. Not remotely enough for such size of the hotel. Rooms are basic and a bit old. The breakfast is also a basic one, and the place for it is so small you have to share the table most of the time if there's even an empty space. Staff almost doesn't speak English at all.

lack of english speaking staff - not normally an issue for me but when a hotel advertises that they speak english, i would expect a minimal understanding working in a hotel environment.

Location, near the intersection of 3 subway lines and you can go anywhere you like very easily.

Breakfast is on average and menu repeated daily. One of the day we left at 12noon and came back at 8pm and they didn't make up the room despite we put the sign outside the door. Apparently we missed their cleaning hour. Next day highlighted to front desk and suggested we leave the room key so that it will be easier for them to take note. With this manual system no such issue anymore.
