The staff makes the place. With out exception, everyone was helpful and delightful, from the attentive cleaners and repairmen to the GM herself.

The flushing mechanism on the loo required several attempts to get the water to stop, but this was a small inconvenience.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel location was fantastic and close to most amenities.

The air conditioning is not cool enough and I requested for a fan from reception who made a false promised me that it will be brought upstairs, however, no one came Also, the TV channels was horrible, it was not clear at all Also, the room refrigerator was not cool enough Also, it was room for 2, however, just 1 water was in the room Lastly, the toilet seat was too low and toilet lid was shaky and wobbly

I loved the fact that Mr Victor at the front desk urged me to register on the BONVOY app and took his time to explain the benefits. The room I stayed was clean and the general ambience was okay. Food was good. Decent portions.

Honestly there's nothing to complain about.

Location! Location! Very close to the airport and other places.

Breakfast was okay according to my kids. Just okay, nothing special. Didn't eat breakfast. My wife, 3 kids (16, 13 and 6) and I took two room. We were told that only 3 people could eat out of the 5 of us so we asked the kids to eat breakfast while we went out later to get ours. The place was quiet and parking was good. Two of the staff were friendlier ( A guy who provided a key to our adjoining doors and the lady at the reception during checkout).

We waited long for our 2nd room to be ready when we arrived and the lady on reception duty when we came in wasn't so friendly. Not that she was particularly unfriendly but for a Marriot hotel, my expectations were much higher. The facility is getting old and somehow lacks the Marriot sparkle. It needs an upgrade if it has to keep the tag. There were no baths in the bathrooms. My kids were particularly unhappy about this. Only showers were available. Our rooms had an ugly view of an uncompleted building that made me keep the blinds closed all through. Even the TV sets are the size of my desktop terminal screen.
