Balconies..Appliances including microwave..Driver availability for short runs into town….Free Shuttle to Airport …Housekeeping & maintenance was immediate, staff was welcoming & very friendly..Large living area and bathrooms in each bedroom..Jacuzzi in one bedroom was great, but ( no hot water-filled with hot pot..)

not walkable or close to shoppes, food, or anything..Too far back from the Main Street.Elevator was out of service, we had to walk up to 5th floor for a 2 bedroom!!…Unable to use my credit/ debit (VISA)card for room payment..We stayed 3 days and we had to get Naira in bulk which was very inconvenient…No hot water in one bathroom..

The place is fantastic. Very close to MM International Airport. The facilities exceeded my expectations. I made videos of my 2 bed Apartment, and all my friends, Colleagues and siblings back in the UK were so impressed with the accommodation that they started asking where this is. The self catering facilities is one of the things that made it for me. It was really a home away from home.

The bed was hard as a brick i had sore hips even with extra blankets on bed. The refrigerator froze the food and drinks. The washer took hours I mean hours to wash n dry. The tub never worked so I took bucket baths. The TVs never worked the way shown on a walk thru. To be coming from the USA my first time and getting married I will not stay again. I paid over 2000$ and it could hv been better. The staff came when called at least 8 times for fix this and fix that which is very inconvenient as its advertised one way but its a whole different level when you get into the apartment for complete functionality.

I liked the driver. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The price was reasonable.

Maintenance was quick to fix several issues, as the apartment wasn't checked before rental. Main item I didn't like was that I was unable to pay with card on booking.com The POS machine wouldn't accept my card. Promised new mattress on the extremely hard bed, but all I received was 2 comforters. Only toiletries provided was a bar of soap. water pressure was slight. there was 24 hour electricity.

Cool, calm environment without disturbance, which allows you to focus on what you want to do. It has clean facilities and beddings for your comfort. My family liked everything about the place, and the kitchen is an adequately equipped one that can match up with anywhere in the world. I strongly recommend it for a family stay!

1. Make the lift to be functional. 2. Activate the jacuzzi bath electronic component. 3. Have more TV channels available on the cable TV. 4. I recommend that you put in place children's corners for games. Despite these issues, it was still a great experience.

Location was top, it is very close and easily accessible to the airport.

The service was disorganized, running a business like a tuckshop. No mention of 50k damage fees on the booking page but required me to pay 50k. The booking page said 29k but I paid 35k plus. Intercom wasn't working, no hot water. I wasn't given key to my room because "director" wasn't around. If you are going to charge that much, please make your services great. Will not be visiting again.

We booked the accomodation based on previous reviews and we were not disappointed. We like the location, quiet and nice street, safe environment, good access to the main road and not too far from the international airport. The property was very neat and clean, well-equipped kitchen, the rooms were en-suite and very spacious, air conditioning in every rooms, they had standby generators, so there was constant light. It was truly home away from home for us. We had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and very helpful, always there when you need them. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Lagos.

The stay was good. Wonderful kitchen with great new appliances. Bathrooms were nice and clean with perfect shelves to put toiletries. Staff was very attentive to my needs as I am very picky. Would definitely be staying there when I return.

The Apartment is extremely neat and good value for money. The staffs are approachable and well behaved. They are helpful and decent.

The water was not flowing in the morning when l woke up around 4 am . I woke the staffs up and eventually after an hour , the water started flowing. Save for this unfortunate incident, the apartment is second to none and will visit again .

I love the environment and the fact that it is a few minutes drive from the international airport. The facility has 24 hours electricity, WiFi and it really felt like home. Staff are friendly and respond immediately when you call.

I would rate the WiFi connection 3.5/5 but they were working on it before I left.

I looooved everything thing about this place. It is a beautiful place, a hidden treasure that can only be experienced on a personal level. Very modern, with up to date facilities, clean, cozy and quiet, constant power supply,, constant wow.. They have the most courteous and friendly staff, they were always on hand and extremely helpful and hands-on. I had the best time, I could cook and have friends and family come by. It was truly a homecation. Will cherish my time at Sscfg. I felt so comfortable and safe I created the fondest memories. I say a massive thank you to the management for coming up with such a place. It sets itself out from all other vacation apartments in Lagos. Its the only place I will stay now whenever I'm home. Words cannot justify it all, I encourage all to go experience it.

Everything about the facility. The staff team are always willing to help. 24hours electricity and state of the art machines for utilities.

The road network to the excellent facility. I wish the local government can do more to repair the damaged road network.

The apartment is secured, comfortable and has every modern conveniences, new and fully furnished, air conditioned, Free WiFi, hot water, 24 x 7 electricity plus more. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Samson the manager, Sade the house-help and Jonathan the driver. I like the free airport pick-up and drop-off. Convenient car service at reasonable price. The response to any query or complain was resolved quickly. I even got calls from Sammy Sotomi the proprietor enquiring about my comfort.

Confirmation of what is included in the breakfast. I just hope the UPS/SOLAR issue affecting the WiFi and TV channels, during change-over from generator to NEPPA/Vice-versa, is resolved. During this process, there is a temporary loss of connectivity to the Internet, which can be irritating.
