Bathroom and toilet are old and dirty and basically just irritating . They have not bothered to even renovate or even make things neat, clean and decent. Everything was basically dirty. Towels are also old and dirty looking

The Hot water supply in the Bathroom doesn't work. i complained about this, a plumber was sent and he said after running the tap or shower for some time it will work. I ran that shower for more than 30mins before I could get water within the temperature that I could use to take my bath.

The hotel is beautiful and attractive. The environment is lovely. Aside the environment. Nothing else. I would give it to them. It was a lovely environment. Aside that, the room I stayed was terrible. The roof was leaking.

My room wasn’t clean even despite the fact that I told them to clean it….Shower isn’t working properly…..The bathroom sink was blocked nd water wasn’t going at all…The fridge wasn’t working at all…..I must tell you I was really disappointed….. I ordered for food but the service was great nd food was nice nd was extremely cold!!😡

Room was great, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Restaurant / Bar facilities could be better. Wasn't a fan of the buffet set up, would have been nice to have set menu's as well.

Good breakfast selection, room service was excellent, loved the rooftop lounge on Saturday with live band, security on point and the rooms where clean. Staff very polite especially "Feyi" who instinctive new my voice from my daughters, I could hear her smile over the phone.

Mini fridge in the room not working especially with the hot weather it would be nice to have cold water in the room
