Pathetic Housekeeping cleaning and few male staff are very impolite

The staff and security personnel were good.

I liked the whole compound with two hotels standing adjacent to each other, the restaurant with vibrant interiors and of course the food, staffs were very spontaneous and good, chef Rakesh, Chef Saharsh were ready to cook and offer anything extra if required, got packed breakafast too for visiting hospital in empty stomach...room was okay, clean cozy,

I stayed for 4 nights ( 2 rooms), Staff were good, but found it to be highly under staffed and overloaded. No managers found around to report. Quality of food not up-to the mark. Chicken sausages served for the breakfast was of poor quality...., coffee was just warm (never bothered to replace candle underneath..., In-spite telling the staff same continued for all 4 days ), no trash bin next to coffee dispenser to drop the sugar sachets and stirring stick. clogged outlet of milk dispenser. fish curry had the mix of both fresh water (Rohu) and some sea fish... (appeared to be the leftover of previous night...). limited list in the menu, online order from room service would get cancelled if they don't have it and delete the order and say they haven't received any order. if you repeat the same order over the phone, truth come out...., saying Item not available. I had ordered 2 chicken fried rice, it barely had 40 Gms. of chicken in total..., along with not more than 1 blade of spring onion, no egg/other Vegetables rest all turmeric chilli powder and oil.... Housekeeping definitely not to the standard of the hotel, they would just swap un-serviceable items with the neighbouring room (water kettle and remote) and just continue, bathrooms were not very clean..., curtains off the road and housekeeping don't fix it during their routine. Room service often doesn't answer the call, one of our room got locked from inside, when tried to call from other room, no one answered the call, to handle calls from emergency line In total it has got supervisors / Managers doing nothing other than taking salary and warming their chairs.... Stay was worth the price but definitely didn't meet the standard of Ibis / Novotel, felt really bad to see premium property under inefficient management.

staff wasn’t really helpful and cleanliness although better than most places still not great. Mold in the toilet etc
