L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato con pavimenti in marmo e bagni moderni e completamente arredato, il condominio è situato in posizione centrale ed è a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di La Concha e da molti luoghi spettacolari come il nuovo Hard Rock Cafe di San Juan Blue Martini Lounge e fogo de chAo brasiliano steak house e molti hotel e casinò anche CVS e Walgreens 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 oltre a negozi di alimentari e mart fresco per chi ama il vecchio San Juan biologico è a 5 minuti di auto o puoi andare alla fermata dell'autobus che è situato a un minuto a piedi dalla proprietà proprio di fronte la concha offre parcheggio privato con cicalino e teli doccia e teli da mare, più sedie a sdraio per il vostro divertimento A / C in tutto l'appartamento e ogni camera ha A / C e TV via cavo e wifi gratuito ti piacerà la posizione e l'appartamento grazie

Four friends and I stayed at this place and had a great time. Two couples and one friend. We are in our mid twenties and found this location to be great for us and the price was fair. We were able to wake up in the morning and find a good spot for breakfast/brunch and the nearby Walgreens was very nice as well.
We could easily walk places and getting a ride/uber to La placita on Friday/Saturday nights and back was easy, quick and not expensive.
The host/owner provided us with great recommendations and the check in process was really easy, same with leaving. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this condo was amazing for our family of 6! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The condo was very clean and we felt very safe. Ossie was very responsive to our inquiries and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Location was the most important matter for my family in the center of the condado area. Facility had a great layout for our family. Parking was good and secure. Property Manager was always available. We had a great experience in our stay.

I’m glad I picked this place to stay when I came to Puerto Rico it really added to the overall positive experience of my family’s trip, beautiful place with a good vibe everything worked and it was close to a lot of places it really feels like the owners put a lot of effort into making sure their clients are satisfied.

We stayed at Ossie’s condo in Condado for 6 nights. It was the perfect size for my family of 5 that included 3 teen girls. There was AC in each room with fans that worked very well. I wanted to rent something with a washer and dryer as well as a parking spot and Ossie’s place was perfect! Great location to walk to the beach and the unit has beach towels and beach chairs to take with you. The unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed walking to the awesome restaurants and bars nearby. I will definitely be renting this unit again when I return!

Easy Host to work with, everything was as described on listing. Great for our family and so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and Old San Juan. Felt completely safe walking the neighborhood at night. We would stay again.

This condo was a great choice! It was a short ride from the airport and the location is well-positioned in Condado! It's just close enough to walk to the restaurants/shops/hotels/beach but set far enough back from the noise and traffic. The building is quiet and secure. The unit itself was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. It really was our home away from home. Ossie was great before, during and after our stay. He is very welcoming and a knowledgeable resource willing to offer recommendations. The area is very walkable and it's a close distance from Isla Verde and Old San Juan. It was a way to be introduced to Puerto Rico and we are already talking about returning to the island and this condo!

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The apartment is clean and spacious and had plenty of room for us parents and three kids.
Location was exceptional! Down the street from La Concha Renaissance, and close to restaurants, shopping, and beach access. We also could walk to the Condado Lagoon kayak tour quite easily.

This was a very nice unit and about 2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants close by. Owner had great recommendations for restaurants and tour guide. Always responded quickly to messages. Will stay again here.

The owner Ozzy is personable and responsive. He gave great recommendations. This spot is perfect for adults vacation. I wouldnt recommend children or elders as the lagoon floods and there is no elevator within building. Nice modern kitchen, no dishwasher. Bedrooms with individual air controls which is so perfect. Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

This Place is a wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel. The host was available by text for any needs or concerns you may have and was very helpful with providing resources for available tours and trust a trustworthy taxi service to call. Ossie is a great host and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is very well kept and the layout is spacious and updated. Close walk to beach, restaurants, and bars. There are electric scooters nearby and from the apartment my teens were able to use them to get to Old San Juan on the bike path in 15 min. Beds were comfortable and parking was easy. Each room has its own AC and ceiling fan. There were some items in the pantry like spices and ziplock bags that came in handy. There is also a first aid kit and easy to carry beach chairs. This apartment was a great find!

My three generation family stayed here for a whole week, including my 4 year old and 3 month old. My 4 year old especially loved the fountain to play in on the way to Condado beach. Close to lots of restaurants too. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for a great place to stay!!

The apartment was exactly as described. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious main area. Kitchen had everything needed. Apartment is clean. Owner is easy to communicate with and provided clear and easy check in and check out. The neighborhood is very noisy as are others (maybe other renters in the building) in the neighborhood so we didn’t sleep well. Otherwise, everything was great.

Party of 6 over 50 yr olds stayed 3 nights prior to a 7 night cruise. This property is walking distance to town with great restaurants and walking distance to the beach. This was our first time in Puerto Rico so I had lots of questions, Ossie answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave me great recommendations!

Comfortable and great location
My husband and I stayed here with my teenage niece and two nephews. The condo was in a very convenient location, spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. The beds are the most comfortable of any VRBO I have stayed. We loved having everything we wanted within walking distance or a quick ride share.

Spacious condo in perfect location
We had an excellent family trip with this location being ideal. We walked to all our meals and was very impressed with the food overall. Our favorite restaurant was Semilla Kitchen & Bar, but many great choices. We rented a Jeep from Enterprise (short walk from condo) so the parking spot was great. Plus we saved some money just getting the car when we need it vs the whole trip. The whole family loved it!!

Wonderful Experience
I came with two teenage daughters and a couple with their teenage daughter. We all had such a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and this home made it even more perfect. Wonderful for two families to have adequate space and sleeping arrangements. Short walk to EVERYTHING. Host was easily available when needed and very helpful. Everything about our stay here was perfect and it met our needs in every way. Communication was SO easy if I had any questions I knew I could reach out and receive a response within minutes. Our experience was a great one. The host Ossie was wonderful and the place was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Very convenient to get to where you want to go…beach a few blocks away. Overall we were very happy staying at this location and I’m sure on our next trip to Puerto Rico we would again try to get this location

Excellent Location & Beautiful Condo
Ossie's place was very clean and comfortable for my group of 6. The bedrooms are very nice and spacious, with plenty of space throughout the condo for all of us to be comfortable. The location is great with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. This side of town was nice with plenty to do in the area. Ossie was an excellent host, very quick to respond to my questions. Ossie is very kind and helpful. His directions on how to get situated in parking and into the condo were perfect. We recommend a nice dinner out at Serafina. Their food was phenomenal and it was a very close walk. Pinchos had excellent small bites and drinks. Thank you Ossie for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Ossie’s place. Clean and very comfortable. The host was very communicative and kind. Lots of food and drinks nearby, but back a little away from the bustle. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends.
Note the stove does not work (as shared in prior reviews), but with all the local food and drink places, not needed.
