The scenery, the room is quite big. They gave me the chalet and it is newly renovated. Quite comfortable.

The shower is icy cold. The hotel rely on the solar system and it was the rainy season and not enough sunlight. The water was also not powerful and it was icy cold. Really a setback on a very nice stay.

Strategic location, very calming, surrounded by greens & nature, lovely scenery facing Sungai Perak, good food at the cafe.

The interior and exterior needs major refurbishment as the buildings look dull, old and moldy, due to high humidity. Facilities are a bit outdated - the irons and ironing boards are placed at the corridor outdoors (sharing basis), hence the hygene is compromised as they are exposed in the open air and there was cat fur and dead insects on the ironing board. Perhaps having a proper ironing room is more preferable. The hotel can consider to put more menu for breakfast buffet since the room rates are not that cheap (mine was RM200/room).

The room was clean and cozy. Bed met my expectation and a godsend after a full day of cycling.

Everything was perfect.

The service was nice. The room was okay, but could clean more and the shower handle needs to be checked cause it's not too stable to hold the shower head and keep dropping down. Bin in the toilet should be bigger especially for family with baby diapers etc. to throw.

Breakfast was a bit overpriced for what being served. Should lower the price or prepare more foods to match the RM20 per pax. No topup on some foods even when we went down early for breakfast. Also the service at the cafe when we ordered for simple menu i.e. lempeng for tea time was too long. Almost an hour eventhough the customers weren't that many (only 1-2 tables have people).

There is a mosque behind the resort and it is noisy for me.

The place was very nice and comfortable. The room was ok but no fridge (difficult to keep baby's food). The cleanliness was superb. The yard was so large and our kids enjoyed running around. Very pleasant stay for us. Thank you 😊

Should be nice if each room have a fridge.
