Al quarto piano, si affaccia su un campo da tennis in rilievo la zona soggiorno e camera da letto matrimoniale è molto luminoso davvero. Il proprietario architetto ha badato a spese nella rifinitura cucina con Patagonia granito, i bagni in marmo di Carrara Callacata di multa installato da maestri artigiani. E i pavimenti in legno sono stati magnificamente conservati nella loro forma originale dal 1940.

comodo divano e sedie comode e rotondo
tavolini tutto, dal design italiano di alta qualità.

Gli arredi sono di una qualità molto superiore rispetto solito associata a un immobile in affitto - come è l'arte.
Le camere da letto sono anche luminose, hanno una buona spazio armadio e lì
è una cassaforte nella camera matrimoniale.

Questa è una parte di Recoleta favorita da argentini che tornano per una visita, piuttosto che i turisti, in Juncal all'incrocio a T con Riobamba. E 'a pochi minuti dalla intersezione ronzio di Sante Fe e Callao, ma l'appartamento è in una tranquilla strada laterale con nessun autobus. Ci sono diversi bar e ristoranti a 4 minuti a piedi e molti altri negozi. I taxi sono in abbondanza e per coloro che amano, una Subte / Stazione di metro vicino.

Elegant apartment, very clean, safe area with doorman, only steps away from cafes and restaurants. Host is very responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!!

4th floor elegant comfortable modern apartment in secure safe building with friendly doorman, located in an elegant upscale and quiet, safe part of the city near great stores, restaurants and a wonderful big park with huge playground for kids and relaxing sunbathing benches. Overlooks a big tennis court and swimming pool and is opposite a small university. Apartment is nicely furnished, has good TV/WiFI & AC, and the hot water arrives instantly and showers are good. We would have appreciated having a small quantity of laundry and dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels, another roll of toilet paper, and an umbrella would have been nice for unexpected rain. We also hadn’t planned ahead for mosquitoes, which managed to find us 4 flights up. Best to close all windows and run the AC. ( For less than $1 we found a small bottle of bug repellant at the train station.) Balcony is tiny and could use a good cleaning but it’s filled with potted plants so it isn’t really meant to be used, as there’s no room for a chair. Visitors from USA beware: careful when opening/closing old fashioned gated elevator doors we don’t have at home. Easy to pinch fingers, and my tall husband got a nasty head laceration on the metal protruding bar that locks the gate in place. We loved the apartment, the neighborhood, and it was a pleasure communicating with the owner, Carlos.

It was just as described. A cute French loft with lots of charm and space. Carlos was extremely helpful in making a stay a success. The property is in a great location easy to walk to shopping and restaurants Very nice stay.

The apartment was located in a great part of the city close to so many amenities and attractions. Carlos was a great host and made us feel at home in this great city. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 8 days. It was exactly as described, and I had great communication with Carlos from the time of booking it. It’s in a charming neighborhood and we found our little favorite cafes within walking distance. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. We were in Argentina for a medical procedure and wanted a comfortable place to relax. The couch was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a dining table and full kitchen to prepare meals. I brought Epsom salt and it was fabulous being able to use the bathtub every evening. We were also thankful for the 2 elevators and friendly apartment security in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again!

Carlos is an excellent host and his property is in a prime location on a quiet street with easy walking to many choices of restaurants, shopping and tourist sites. The apartment was perfect for us. We rented from Carlos in 2020 at a different location in Buenos Aires and both experiences met all our expectations!

Such a wonderful place. Two mature couples needed a place to stay while we were in Buenos Aires. Spacious rooms and all the amenities. Neighborhood is central to getting around. Very fair price.

We had an amazing time exploring Buenos Aires from this perfectly located apartment. Carlos was very attentive/responsive and assisted us whenever we had a question. From early check-in to late check-out, Carolos went out of his way to assist us. The apartment was awesome! It had everything we needed (and more) - the Recoleta neighbourhood is a perfect spot from which to start exploring. I hope to be able to stay there again one day. Thanks so much Carlos!

I highly recommend this property. The beds were so comfy and the home has everything you need. Great location! Carlos was so helpful. I locked my passport in the apartment with the keys inside and he helped me get it back! When I come back to BA, I will be staying here again.

Wonderful city
Well maintained, pleasant apartment, located walking distance from the best parks of the city (for those who enjoy a mile stroll to get the pulse of the place). We felt very comfortable. And do not miss having an ice cream at Persicco across the street!

Light, spacious and sophisticated apartment in perfect location.
Carlos is a charming and responsive host who provided helpful recommendations for essential spots in the neighborhood and was very accommodating. The apartment was lovely- tastefully appointed with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The doorman was also very helpful. I hope to return to BA and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment!
I really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It is very quiet, bright and clean. The neighborhood is wonderful and you can walk to the bests restaurants, theaters and parks. I absolutely recommend this apartment and can't wait to go back!

Boa localização, apartamento muito bem cuidado e bem decorado. Carlos o anfitrião é muito simpático e prestativo. Fiz muitos pedidos e perguntas antes da estadia e sempre fui muito bem atendida. Passamos lindos dias com o conforto que buscávamos. Fomos em quatro pessoas (ideal para esta quantidade) sendo duas senhoras idosas. O apartamento ofereceu todas as necessidades que tínhamos. Recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar em oportunidades futuras.

My husband and I traveled with our children aged 18 and 21. The apartment was nicely set up for privacy. Each room has its own air conditioning which is essential for BA summers. the 2 full bathrooms were great, as was the washing machine (no dryer, but the drying racks worked fine). There's a small balcony which is occupied with bulky, empty planters. I would remove them to make room for a chair, or space so you could actually walk out on it.The kitchen could use a good knife for cutting and some cutting boards, and is not really well equipped for a lot of cooking, which is fine, if you plan to go out for every meal. I would have like a small upright vacuum cleaner so I could vacuum the rug and floors too. The doormen were super sweet and run to unlock the doors for you, except for an older man with glasses, who I believe is the apartment building manager. He was just flat out miserable and nasty, and made absolutely no effort even to smile. Also, only 2 EngLish speaking channels on the TV. I would also add another TV in the bedroom.The location is great, 15 minute walk to Recoleta cemetary, which is a must do, and 20 minutes to the beautiful embassy district.. There is a lot of shopping all around also. Try the nearby MELO restaurant, and Cumono for good inexpensive food . Overall, I would recommend this apartment.

Enjoyed our stay to the fullest in Buenos Aires
Loved our trip to Buenos Aires and specially in Carlos Piscione apartment. Open floor plan with great views from the balcony on the 4th floor with all the comforts of home, security which we did not have any problems in B.A. Walking distance to our favorite Tienda de Cafe for breakfast, restaurants and shopping. Last but not least our private tango lessons with Alejando Gee and Dinner show at homero Marzi....exquisite dinner and tango show.

The location of this property is perfect. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. No noise comes from the street despite the fact that Buenos Aires is a very loud city. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Carlos team provided an excellent customer service. This apartment can have 4 people very comfortably.

The greatest stay we ever had!
We ( my husband, my son and me) enjoyed a lot our stay at Carlos appartment! It is so nice set up, very clean and bright, Carlos and Graciela are gret hosts, very helpful and friendly, they spent a lot of time giving us some good advices and the communi tion was always easy. The neighbourhood is very safe and lovely, with shops, supermarkets and nice restaurants in a walking distance. We highly recommand this place and we will certainly come back!

Tuvimos una gratísima estadia en el departamento que cuenta con todo lo necesario y más .Muy buena ubicación , a metros de uno de los puntos comerciales mas importantes de la ciudad. Un depto., que nos permitio sentirnos como en casa gracias a la atención de su dueño , y a cada detalle muy bien cuidado como por ejemplo los excelentes sommiers , los baños impecables, la cocina de primera con todo lo necesario. I have stayed at this apartment many times. It is greatly located, close to the main areas of interest and services.
The property is clean, full of light and the owners are kind and responsible people, that we appreciate a lot.
Everything works properly, and it is very silent, even if it is in the center of the city.
