We really enjoyed our stay at Carolina Dunes. The deadbolt on the entrance door would not lock. The showers could use some grab bars for us handicaped folks. That is the only suggestions I would make. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

My overall impression of the property is the title! Good, but had it's moments. The rooms were a great size, room to move around. The beds were firm which we weren't use to. I do not recommend taking 2 showers at the same time. Water pressure issue. The water pipes in the wall in the master bath did rattle when turning water on but was just from the initial force. The sleeper sofa couch was a little uncomfortable if you sit for awhile. Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Refrigerator does take almost 24 hours to get cold, so have a cooler handy. If you do have upstairs neighbors, it will be noisy when they drag chairs across the floor or running children. The pool area can be loud but it does clear out by 10pm. The other hotels next door must not have this rule. Screaming kids until midnight. To add, the maintenance person will be using a blower around 7-730am for those who need to sleep in after a late night. The door lock is somewhat challenging but technical people can figure it out. Small elevators so just be aware. A very positive thing is you will have your own parking spot under the building for one car. All in all, it was a nice place. If you get the right conditions, it could be very relaxing.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Carolina Dunes. Amazing beach access, walking distance to many great restaurants. It’s great for kids under 16. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looks great as well. The condo has beach chairs, a wake board and some general beach accessories provided. We will definitely be coming back next Summer/Fall.

We loved our stay! You can’t beat this location. 4th floor, overlooking the ocean, and a pool too. Our kids loved it, only problem we were a bit crammed in the condo just because there were 9 of us. We would definitely come back if it weren’t for it being a bit small for our crew!! We loved this area of Myrtle Beach!!

Condo was great, had everything we needed. Location was great also. We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers and had plenty of room. Everything in condo worked and there was plenty of bowls and necessities in the kitchen. Great place!

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The condo location was perfect and because it is a smaller building it was fairly quiet at all times. We enjoyed all of the beach accessories that were included in the condo and the owner responded quickly when we had an issue with the air conditioning. Overall, it was a great trip!

This was a beautiful condo, spacious and clean. We all loved it and there were 8 of us! The only thing we were unhappy with was the pool was closed several hours one day and an entire day another and it was a very hot week.

The best in Myrtyl beach

Great Time
Vies are incredible! We watched the sun rise with coffee on our balcony almost every day. Beach access was so easy snd perfect. Lay out of the condo was very functional and kitchen is well stocked. Pool area is very nice and clean. The location is very good allowing you to be at the many attractions with a 10 minute drive. Carpeting in bedrooms is pretty old and entire building seems a bit dated. I wouldn’t really call it “luxurious “ but it was more than adequate and we had a fantastic time!

This is the second year in a row we've stayed in this unit and it was just as great as before. There is plenty of space for a large family and the location can't be beat. Easy to get to many attractions but close to restaurants and stores to stock up for your stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I traveled with 5 teenagers & 2 10-year-olds and this was perfect for us. Plenty of space, great view, fully-stocked kitchen and a washer & dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience
The view. Best part.
The condo/apt was very clean and well stocked with items needed. Plenty of clean towels for all. Additional blankets and pillows. The kitchen was ready for anything you wanted to use for cooking. Pots/pans, dishes, utensils. Everything. Very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the kitchen. Plenty of beach toys for the kids including 2 beach chairs. Water pressure in showers was excellent. Pool was clean! We had a lovely time.

The kitchen has plenty of storage and supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. The balcony looks over the pool and beach making for a great spot to have your morning coffee. The place was very nice, comfortable, and accommodating. There was a bit of Food crumbs, and trash along baseboards, on the side of beds and wall, & along / behind the edges of furniture in bedrooms, that could get more attention when being cleaned. But other than that this place was AMAZING !!. The pool and the beach were perfect spots. We decided to stay 2 extra days, unfortunately we had to find a different place (closer to the boardwalk). It was so overcrowded, loud, & messy down the other resort that I traveled back down to the beach near Carolina Dunes to enjoy my remaining days at Myrtle. Carolina Dunes had a laid back, relaxing vibe. My family and I really enjoyed our stayed. I will definitely go back to Carolina Dunes.
We went down to Broadway at the beach and we had a good time. There’s a lot of fun things for the kids, teens, and adults to do down there , plus shops, and restaurants. The wax museum was also pretty cool.

We loved the location and convenience of walking out of our condo right onto the beach. The location was superb, even though it wasn't the newest spot on the beach. It was clean and close to essential businesses and restaurants.

The hand sanitizer in the lobby was broken for the entire week we were there. The elevator was never wiped down. When we got into the unit we had to vacuum the floor Because of Sandy. The dining room table had to be wiped down.There were some underwear in the closet. Candy wrapper underneath the table in the living room. I would not classify the unit as luxury. It was dated. There was a lot of kitchenware. The linens and towels were clean and plentiful. Beds were comfortable. TVs in every bedroom. Great location.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this rental property! The condo is just like the pictures show and it was relaxing watching the ocean right from the living room and balcony! The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay! We loved the location as it's only a short drive to anything you want. You could walk to a few restaurants and stores but we chose to drive. The owner was quick to respond to any emails.We went to the Carolina Opry which was hubby was in paradise eating all the seafood he could want! We had some rain while there and went shopping, there are lots of good shopping locations! I would definitely stay here again while visiting Myrtle Beach!

Good times at Carolina Dunes!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The rental is just like the pictures and very clean! We loved being able to see the beach and ocean which were just steps away! The kitchen had everything we needed! Very comfortable bed and pillows made for a great sleep! It’s close enough to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle! We would definitely book this unit again!

We love this place. My only complaint is with the maintenance of the space. The door handle to the sliding glass door is extremely loose every year and I have to make the call. And we never have a dust pan.
