A couple of the lights had their coverings missing exposing the wiring. A electrical buzzing sound in the room too even with lights off.

Exceptional room with amazing kitchen with washing machine/dishwasher/stove and all the crockery and coffee machine. Very clean and not noisy at all - we arrived late and in the morning looked out of the window to see we were next to several overground tracks. So good insulation/air con. Great for someone working nearby for several days and so close to Tower bridge.

The apartment was clean warm and was complete cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Two tube stations are and bus stops are a 10 minute walk away and a Wetherspoons pub just across the road. Tesco, Sainsbury and the Co-Op have stores within easy walking distance.

There is building work going on very close to the facility and workmen had a clear view in to our apartment. We had to keep the net curtains closed when we were in during the day.

Excellent stay (for 1 month - extended later), this place is highly recommended for solo / couple travellers (or if someone needs a temporary place) and also perfect for remote working, too. Wifi is very quick and reliable. Apartment was clean and well equipped for longer stays. Staff is very kind and helpful with any requests.

fresh, clean, modern, apartment well laid out with all you need. Ample space in lit up wardrobe, light flooded room, great black-out curtains, comfy bed, very low-noise air-con, 8 min. walk to Tower Hill metro, 4 min. to Tower Gate DLR (nice pub just there called Minories).

No instructions on use of dryer (washer dryer in room), hence a long trial…no short wash or short drying cycles. lots of road & train train noises though windows kept out the worst, therefore no value for money (did not see any mention that building next is under renovation/construction & right next to the railway); new shower towels were not available one day till next morning.

Noisy at night, outside extractor fan or something kept us awake at night Staff not too attentive once we checked in, some mornings we passed and they didn't look up from the computer. Also, we were assigned a disabled room...we not disabled so hope someone didn't miss out.

The apartment was clean but I did find some bugs, which was not very good. Also, the toilet door had issues, which was not fixed on time.

Location, friendly staff, good quality of furniture and clean. Wash and dish machines available for clean my stuff before back home.

Expensive for what it provides. Maybe because it's summer but price is definitely something to keep in mind.

feather pillows, duvet, cushions and first member of staff said they had nothing else- not advertised on property. I’m allergic. luckily the night staff knew where the non allergenic pillows were and it was too hot for a duvet!

Nothing. The Key cards had a nack to work for our room - press the button and then tap the card. But we're country bums, so might just not of known this!

A very modern hotel, our room was really nice, everything you would need for your stay. The rooms are well thought out, bed very comfy. Location was perfect.

It was a bit cold in our room, the heating took forever to heat up, we did ask at reception but there wasn't much they could do. Also, the pillows were flat as pancakes but it didn't put us off, we'd still go back.

Good location close to Tower Bridge and metro stations. Spacious studio equipped with the basics. Overall clean.

Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. Heating not working properly - it was quite cold inside. Construction works/scaffold right outside the windows (applicable to our room). No shower mat, nor bathrobes (although advertised).

Aldegate East station is about 6 min walk

We came early and although the studio was ready, the receiptionest refused to entartain us earlier than the check in time and never considered that we had a long flight and we both were sick and exhusted. The receiptionest doesnt have excellent communication skills and she didnt welcome us Check in process was long The studio was so small and we couldnt move freely Bathroom was small Bed sheets didnt look that clean and we had to use our own bed sheet and blankets The way our luggages were stored in the lobby was weired as it was kept inside their offices Lobby toilet wasnt clean and there was a leaking Lobby area was not nice Our whole experience was not satisfying and will never come back

We loved the location, well connected & near to the Tower Bridge. Loved the modular kitchen & accessories provided. Clean, well decked apartment. Overall we Loved our stay, would highly recommend to fellow travellers.

There were some issues with lights (one constantly flickering light over the night stand by the bed, chimney light, and one other light by the window weren’t working). Requested maintenance but considering the holiday season, nobody from maintenance team arrived. Apart from that, all good.

Excellent check in experience. The room had everything we needed. Central location.

The room was spacious, clean and with great amenities. The location is a stone's throw from London Tower Bridge and walking distance to many tourist attractions. It is well situated from eateries, stores and stations. The staff were polite and helpful at each point of asking. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
