2 bottles of water for 3 persons was insufficient , we had to ask for extra water everyday

Location is great. Many places to go within walking distance. The staff is generally nice. The room was clean. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Breakfast was OK.

The "double" bed was very small. I didn`t measure but I`d say it was a small double (120cm wide) at best. Also, the rooms in the back (Printworks) get a lot of noise in weekend nights. Finally, the room was in some sort of addition called Printing Works and we needed to walk through corridors and take two different elevators to reach our room from the lobby (taking around 4-5 minutes).

All was excellent

We liked the location as it was a short taxi ride to Lords cricket ground and also quite close to the tube station. We enjoyed using the pool area during our stay and the food was fair

We didn’t like having a service charge added to our bill as we feel it’s used to supplement staff’s salaries. We prefer to tip staff who have been outstanding in the service they provide and not just doing their job.

Room good, clean; breakfast really good but expensive; staff, nice and helpful. Location, good but not the best. Generally as a family, we really like the Marriott chain but in this branch, it’s not up to standard.

First Let me say, it is better than many of the hotels I stayed in in London. But I was really surprised when they took £5 just to bring the dine-in tray to our room! this is additional to the service charge and the bill itself. While my room was really good and spacious, my brother’s room was not that good. It leaked water from the window after it had rained a lot and the lighting in the room was terrible. Many of the amenities the we are used to in five star hotels like the slippers the Nespresso Café machine, the toothbrush and paste, et cetera were not available except upon request.

Lovely sizeable room. Good choices for breakfast and nice quality. Daughter and her friend particularly liked the pancake maker.

Very clean and modern

This is my second time staying at this location. The reception and lobby area is exceptional. Staff are friendly and forthcoming. Me and my friends came for the Eras tour concert and wanted to check in early to get ready the hotel took this request in to consideration and we’re accommodating!

Breakfast was great, lots of options. However fruit wasn’t as fresh as I would of liked

Bath was filthy and so was many parts of the bathroom. I ordered room service which was cancelled and rescheduled x2 which was very confusing.

Location of the hotel and room space.

They took a security deposit of 50 GBP when it was not mentioned in the booking instructions. Also, I'm engaged in follow-ups for a refund of that security deposit. This is very frustrating.

L'hôtel est relativement proche d'une station de métro et de bus. Camdem est à 5min. La piscine est top !

Nous étions 2 parents et 1 enfant (7 ans) et aucun lit enfant n'a été fourni. Dormir avec un enfant de 7 ans n'est pas idéal pendant 1 semaine dans un lit en 120 cm.

The Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The room was large although it took 2 nights to have our sink repaired for a back up and slow drain.

Restaurant menu got monotonous after a few days as options were limited for someone staying for 10 days

While certain staff members exhibited unprofessional behaviour, it is noteworthy to commend the exceptional assistance provided by the night manager, Mr. Osama, who went above and beyond to address our needs. Regards to Mr Osama Osama.

While the hotel is near by Regent Park, it is very far from other key tourist attractions. Our travel experience was hindered by traffic congestion on two occasions, and utilizing public transportation, particularly with family, proved challenging due to the frequent need to change stations. I requested for a baby cot at booking time but when I reached my room, it was not available. I asked the staff to scan my Marriott Bonvoy app to get points for my stay but one of the staff refused totally that is not possible..

Lovely hotel a short walk from Camden. Clean with a, lovely pool/sauna and gym.

Perfect location, 5 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station. Our family room was spotless, spacious and overall very quiet, we didn't hear a sound from other guests. The room was serviced every day to a high standard. The staff were all very polite and very helpful. There's so much to explore around the hotel. A 20 minute walk to Abbey Road, 5 minutes to Primrose Hill which leads to a lovely hour long walk into central London. 25 minutes walk in the opposite direction brings you to Camden Market. I'd recommend a visit to this -fantastic street food!! We didn't use the restaurant (too many other places to eat), nor did we use the pool, only because we didn't have time! With checkout at 12 noon and our train at 6.30pm, the hotel stored our luggage free of charge so we could enjoy our final afternoon without dragging them around with us. Overall we had a wonder four day trip and would definitely book this hotel again for its location, cleanliness, comfort and service.

Lovely spacious room, really nice hotel.

Being woken up by housekeeping at 8.30am and finding a dead fly on our fresh towels. The hotel is right next to a road which was quite busy.

Mycket trevligt hotell och väldigt trevlig personal . Rummen var fräscha , hade deluxe rum med 2 dubbelsängar . Badrummet hade badkar . Frukosten var jättebra , stor buffé med olika saker att välja mellan . Finns även gym och pool på hotellet

Rooms were nicely laid out, enough room and towels for 3. Bed were comfy! Breakfast was hearty, healthy and lots to choose from. Location was convenient easy to walk and jump on a tube or bus. Some staff at the front desk were politely and very helpful.

No welcome snacks, robes or slippers available on arrival. The sound of doors banging possible laundry/linen cupboard located on the landing interrupted any chance of sleeping in late.
