Sehr zentrale Lage, großes Zimmer, 24h Rezeption, freie Heißgetränke 24h zur Selbstbedienung, freundliches Personal.

Kein Parkplatz am Hotel, keine Möglichkeit das Auto am Hotel aufzuladen. Zimmer Fenster nur zum Innenhof mit Laufweg vor dem Fenster. Keine Aussicht! Sehr alte Möbilierung und schon etwas „abgerockt“.

Situato nella zona centrale della città, ottimo hotel che permette di girare a piedi il cuore di Vienna. Personale gentile e disponibile, stanze grandi e spaziose. Un ottima esperienza!

Unica pecca appena entrati in stanza sentiamo odore di “chiuso” che ahimè, persiste anche nei giorni successivi.

location was fabulous, staff were amazingly helpful and breakfast was great! Definite can do attitude at this hotel.

the bed was hard to get in and out of, the thin wall between my room and the next and common doors banging all hours of the day and night.

Super location centre ville et pourtant calme, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très gentil

le bâtiment est les chambres (au moins la notre) sont un peu vieux et mériteraient une restauration

Location. The hotel is in the Innerstadt and close to all sights of interest.

We arrived with a car. The parking Tiefgarage Kaertnerstrasse we've been directed to costs 40 EUR per day. If you validate your ticket at the reception of hotel you get the discounted price of 34 EUR. However for some reason we couldn't find this particular parking and by chance left the car in nearby Kaertner ring garage. We payed only 12 EUR for 24 hours. I accept this as a scam of the hotel - I escaped their trap and I hope future guests read this post and save money on parking.

Very old and unmaintained, shower was not working, no A/C

No air condition in the room do I don't recommend at sommer time.28 degrees inside the room :(

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance to many attractions. The staff is super! There is a coffee machine in the lobby, you can use it around the clock. The breakfast is amazing!

The hotel is located in the center of the city, 10 minutes to the Opera. The hotel is the past residence of the palace

Just asked to receptionists to order breakfast boxes for me. Because my tours were started at 7 a.m. In the result they gave to me one small sandwich. And this is one instead of breakfast. Breakfast starts very late for people who arrive to Vienna for travelling.

Amazing location in the Inner Stadt. Old and a bit tired, but the location made up for most things.

No parking, so look for public parking nearby.

great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very very good and breakfast staff very attentiv especially the lady from Sri Lanka.

The whole place could be an extraordinary hotel,but needs TLC .mainly just maintenance like paint at windows,getting cables covered,cleaning the elevator, cover up holes in the wall, cleaning the elevator, repair squeaking balcony walkways in the courtyard etc.

They gave us the keys from an occupied room, when we entered there was sombody inside living there

There must be a little touch of modernity,I know they want to stay old/vintage but they can blend the 2 to make it perfect.

decor a little bit dated but when you get used to it it was homely. No access to make a cup of tea in the room and the coffee machine in the lobby was broken for the duration of our stay. Pillows quite flat only one should have asked for another.
