There was a KFC next door

It was incredibly dirty and the air con didn’t work. There were dead bugs, leaves and other things on the floor, possibly mouse poo?? There was also a coffee stain in the sink that should have been removed had the room been cleaned properly. The air con was not working and the room was incredibly hot and stuffy. When we asked about this there was no solution offered. There was no fly screen on the window so we were unable to open the window to keep the room cool without letting mosquitos in. Overall, the stay really sucked and I will not be staying there again.

The bed was a king and was comfortable.

My first room had a water leak pooling in the floor. My second room had a terrible shower area that had visible mould. Since I was moved from one room to another, it turned out my key expired every day, and one time I could not get into the hotel because I couldn't get the code sent to me on my phone. It was not a pleasant stay. The location is pretty bad, in between a KFC and mcdonalds (who helpfully charged my phone when I was locked out), and directly underneath the flight path of the airport...

Old and small room but clean and perfect for an overnight stay for early flight next morning No complaints except I had to return a soiled/stained bath towel to reception for a clean one and she didn’t even apologise that’s only complaint

Female staff member that was on that afternoon could be more customer focused no smile no welcome Last time we were there it a was a young man and he was so polite and welcoming she needs to learn from him

We had our own private bathroom. Beds very comfortable Fridge in room Kettle in room. KFC and Macdonalds at side of hotel Not far from airport Able to use microwave in breakfast area to warm food up!

Room was very cold - had to ask for heater - even put towels around window to stop all cold coming in - heater on air on system didn’t work either to warm room up! Sink in main room so when been to toilet had to then come out into main room to wash hands No hand towel provided No hand soap provided Nowhere to put clothes - had 2 coat hangers and that was it - so lived out of our cases for week! Some staff asked for things to be sorted - didn't happen - only one that sorted things for us was the young woman that worked there! Because there for a while our room was put on rota to be cleaned - did put sign out to clean room, but on one of days cleaner couldn’t fit us in as she only had so much time so ended up having to change our bedding myself, emptying bins all time, asking for clean towels, coffee,sugar,milk.

it was very handy and close to the airport good parking situation nice staff

really small room weird bathroom (pod). fire alarm went off -apparently happens all the time as u can’t leave door open and have a shower. bit of a septic smell came in room at different times. however it was cheap $95 per room per night. pretty quiet bit of a backpacker type of hotel.

Very comfortable bed!! Often stay here for the location to the airport.
