The wifi came in and out a few times and had to be reset by staff, but was always resolved in time. The noise of the traffic was loud, as is expected along a main road so its understood.

Repito comentario; me guta su ubicacion, tiene buena logística, ya que cuenta con cercanía del Metrobus línea 1 la cual conecta con diferentes líneas del metro. El lugar donde se encuentra ubicado, es muy tranquilo y seguro.

Que ya no esta el recepcionista. La recepcionista que estaba si se ve ligeramente muy lenta.

Comfy bed, good location.

The wifi is completely unprotected (no password) so quite insecure. Pretty loud with street noise at night! The hot water in the shower was sometimes a bit shaky and took quite a long time to come in. No fridge or kettle in the room.

Our go-to spot in CDMX, this is by far my favorite hotel in the city, and I stay here whenever I can. The neighborhood is lovely and secure, staff are super nice, place is spotless and I always get such a good sleep in the comfy bed!

The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assist in any way they can. The location is perfect—within safe walking distance of countless fine restaurants in Roma Norte. Excellent little restaurant for breakfast & lunch. An older hotel, but one with charm, excellent cleanliness and well-appointed. A GREAT value for a GREAT place in Mexico City! I always stay there—over a dozen times thus far—and will continue to do so!

Mexico City is noisy, but an interior room or one facing a less busy street is recommended. No air conditioning for those gringo who absolutely must have it, but I was perfectly comfy with ceiling fans. Sometimes the elevator is on the blink, but they have it serviced as fast as possible.

Great location, room clean, a bit small but fine, but next time I will request a room with a window to the outside! my room only had window to the hallway.

Immaculately clean, comfortable bed, soft pillow, great hot shower, great airconditioning, great WiFi, good location to restaurants and buses, in a safe, leafy area, friendly cleaning staff. Didn’t use restaurant (no vegetarian) and didn’t have much to do with Reception staff.

Unfortunately the walls and doors are paper thin so you get to hear all the moaners, groaners, fakers and people talking loudly in hallways and rooms. But when it is quiet it is the best hotel! That said, I extended my stay here and would definitely come back. 13/16 quiet nights was worth it. Perhaps some signage ‘Please consider other guests between 12-7am’ might be helpful.
