Très bien! The residence has many merits, notably a great location connected to Geneva and Anne masse, the composition of a cozy room, a convenient kitchen, and a clean barhroom. Moreover, the reasonable price and the very kind receptiin desk must be an asset for this accommodation. I will be back here again.

our room toilet (commode) was so dirty and bathroom mirror was broken. apartment smells bed and whole 3rd floor stunk.

The location and price was good and as it is actually across the boarder in France is a better price.

The rooms privacy lock was broken and housekeeping came in at 7:50 on a Sunday morning with out knocking.the toilet was always filling up loudly until I turned the stopcock off. The WiFi did not work as there was a sign in with a code and the code did not work. As the reception is only open for a few hours I could not change this and had to use my own phone data. This is a residence and the room is set up as a self contained Flat. I can see this working long term as a cheap place to stay but as a traveller of only a couple of days it was not Tue best experience.

I often stay at the Residence. For me its location is ideal. Right on the border between GVA and France. Very good transport connection both to Annemasse and to the centre of Geneva and the UN. Convenient not just for tourists but also for commuters from adjacent regions It is a budget accommodation. One should not expect any luxury. There is a kitchenette which is especially convenient for long stays. It is very clean (but of course if one stays longer the cleanliness will depend on the guests - it is an appart-hotel and cleaning is not done every day). It is simple but functional. Unfortunately, WiFi can be poor in some rooms, depending on where your room is relative to the reception. On this trip I had no serious issues with WiFi

It was very clean. The man on the front desk was very helpful and nice.

We had 4 rooms on different levels and they all smelt of smoke…. the halls ways and the lifts smelt of smoke. This was very off putting, and difficult to sleep.

Location.

The room didn’t feel clean, everything was old and has an odor. Bathroom was scary with stains looks like mold. It was very disappointing. For sure we will never come back to this place.

When we get there, on the freeze it was one hamburguer, the floor it was not clean.
