It was quiet and convenient for us!
The multiple lifts to get to the accommodation. Also no portering service!

The room is ok.breakfast is good
Charge for 6 hours late check out 97 sin. Dollar. the hotel has two buildings too far to walk to your room you have to use two lifts

The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious, the AC effective and quiet, beds are comfortable. Your stay comes with access to the nearby Civil Service Club's pool. The breakfast buffet comes with a dedicated cook to make your eggs to order, any way you like.
It's not as close to the airport as you may think. Between Changi Cove and the airport is an Airforce Base that you have to travel around. There's a bit of deferred maintenance - holes in the bathroom ceiling, worn out door handles - nothing major. I wish I'd be told about the pool access on arrival, not by the shuttle driver on the way to the airport.

very easy to navigate and very clean. lots of greenery surrounding the hotel which made it very relaxing.

Lack of kerb appeal. Rooms ok but no more than that.

Bed was fairly comfortable. Shower was a good temperature.
Staff could be a bit off sometimes. Food was not that good, available options poor. Rooms were being worked upon redecorated (new floors etc) all around me.

Shuttle to MRT station is convenient.

The room was king room, and the king size bed is actually two single beds combined. The gap between two single beds is very uncomfortable during sleep.
Some insects are in the room.
The quality is quite low compare to the price.

The stay was comfortable and noise free! My husband and I love the conformed and bed linen. The aircon is super cooling and we loved it!

Nice hotel n very cosy.. my son's wedding was held at the auditorium and the set up was excellent.. the staff are very friendly and very accomodating.. thks

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely.
I liked the location being a bit further from the airport as we got to drive through some of Singapore, but if you want close proximity this is probably not the one for you. Maybe 15 minutes drive?

Close to airport but still needed taxi

We advised of our late arrival and received a quick reply to say no problem when we arrived receptionist was very polite and explained exactly how to get to our room and about breakfast. Room was clean and cool breakfast was very good with plenty of choices the grounds of the hotel were superb.

I find this a very pleasant place to spend a couple of nights after a long flight. I love the green area, the birds and general environment, although it's a shame the boardwalk is still closed. Lovely pool for use nearby.
I think the choice of evening meal could be improved. Although duck salad was advertised on the board this was not available. I had the impression that the noodles had been cooked in not-fresh oil. It could be useful to have a drying room - especially for shoes - for use when there is monsoon rain.

The shower.
Direction to the rooms is like going through a maze. Breakfast offering was bland. Lack of regular shuttle to the village. No refrigerator in the room.
