Beautiful modern clean cottage. Good value for money

Well equipped and very comfortable stand-alone house. You have there all you need. Warm hospitality by the owner, nice assistant for any need/request. Close to the city center for any need - restaurants, supermarket. Easy and comfortable to reach and to go out. Great location for tracks at Mount Cook area.

we had such an amazing time! cozy, welcoming and with everything you need!

Clean, comfortable, good facilities and all the comforts of home.

Location was quiet. Nice size for a couple. Good sunny aspect and deck.

Kitchen Appliances very tired. Could do with a deeper clean of dust in less obvious places, Air con unit. Also outside rubbish bin and recycling had not been cleared from previous group.

It was perfect... warm, comfortable, well furnished and private gor the 3 of us. Could gave stayed longer but know where to come back to!

Nice and private with well kept gardens.

Can’t complain as it really was lovely. However one thing that I would suggest is replacing the non stick frying pan as food sticks really bad. And the fridge or the internal fridge freezer seemed to defrost and leak water onto the floor.

The property was great! Clean, great location and just what we expected. We were only there for 1 night but next time we’re in the area we’ll be booking for longer.
