The whole accommodation was perfect! The location was nice, the pool was very nice to cool down and clean! AC in all the bedrooms were very good too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to come back!

The location is just perfect! Easy access to the main road (mind that google sometimes takes a difficult road to the house) but once you know it's perfect. The property is great, lush green and clean. The pool is great a good for a cooling down. The rooms are very big! Beds are good. We slept really good. The gym is very well equipped. And cool. Airco's in every room. Soap, a few dishwash blocks, towels, toiletrolls (2 per bathroom) are provided. Even a bottle of water, and 2 wines and a basket full of fresh fruit were provided! Kitchen is well equipped although we did not cook. Enough space to have also private moments. 2 outside dining tables. And comfi couch inside as well a lounge set outside on the terrace. The host Mercedes is amazing! She is at your service all the time. Speaks really good English. We got new towels after 2 days. Did not expect but was great! Pre payment in 2 times. Direct to the owner. Don't worry about it, it's all good.

Nothing... If I have to say one thing.. it's the road to the apartment. Just remind you will need to take the second one (from IBZ to cala Llonga) not the first. (If you are not an experienced driver, you can drive this road, but it's a callenge) You have to know that not all taxi drivers will come up to the house. Some will stay on the main road. We just had this once. But once you know it's fine. A small steep road. Just be aware you might need to walk a few meters down. And maybe some thicker glasses. We broke a few during dishwashing. But that might just be our unhandiness. Can not think of any other things!

It has a full gym! And a nice pool. Nothing really in walking (20min jog) distance but 10mins by car to Cala Llonga beach.

Maybe having the owner living next door isn’t for everybody.

Very friendly host . Good communication. Brought fresh towels during stay and didn’t charge for late check in when our flights were changed! Also allowed later check out which really helped .

You need a car as nothing walking distance but this was easy to arrange and cheap .

We liked everything about this property. The villa itself was stunning and extremely well equipped with everything you would need such as dishes plates glassware etc. Pool towels, bath towels, hand soap etc, iron hairdryer you name it. Cot available on request and put in downstairs room for us. Nice abs easy. The gym was lovely nice punching bag and gloves. Good selection of weights too. The pool was so enjoyable and outside area was lovely. Eating dinner al fresco with the stunning views was perfect. The bedrooms were lovely as was the inside area sofas etc. Really comfortable. The master bed which I was lucky enough to enjoy was a luxury in itself!! Fantastic!! We felt safe with the gated entrance as well. Mercedes was super helpful with literally anything we needed before and during the stay. Located close to Cala Llonga, and also the city with a stunning beach. Not far too from San Antonio either we look several taxis there and back and accessible to Playa den Bossa was well. Nice to come back to the peace and tranquillity of the villa!! This place is a gorgeous find and we all seriously have the post holiday blues. Missing the villa very much!!!

I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like!!! The property is amazing. If I had to pick something it would be that the road leading up to the property was rocky and we wouldn’t walk down it as well felt unsafe- we had young kids with us but we expected to get taxis everywhere so that was no issue at all but if you want to go walking you must be careful.
