Range was good - There was a lot of choice and well laid out

The bathroom bathtub was leaking and flooding the bathroom floor every time we took a shower. We advised the reception about the issue, but nothing was done. This presents a hazard as the person can slip and fall with the amount of water on the floor. There was a nail in my fried rice on the first night of our stay at the hotel. I happened to see it by chance and reported it to the waitress on duty at the time and the dinner was replaced. The carpet in the room was very worn and dull and looked like it was never shampooed and cleaned properly as there were stains on the carpet when we arrived. At 10pm every night there was banging from the floor above our room which went on for 10 to 15 mins and made falling asleep very difficult.

The atmosphere present from the moment you walk in is calming and enriching. Decoration and design gives a lovely sense of class, coupled with the fantastic staff and hotel's facilities. It's an absolutely wonderful stay!!!

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely view and perfect location for my needs.

I like the breakfast buffet and I was upgraded to a Deluxe room for free with a nice city and river view.
