Хотела е с добра локация.Близо е до зала Армеец.Ресторанта в хотела е много добър.Храната е вкусна,обслужването е на ниво.

Фитнеса се нуждае от ремонт на някои уреди,едната пътека не работеше,също така има нужда от по-сериозно почистване.

The reception guy was friendly and helpful

Everything is not good The hotel is old. Towels smell like a goat. Not clean. There were hairs from the previous guests in the washroom on the floor. Air is not good. Difficult to breath. It’s exhaust from some back power. The gym is old. Orbitrecks are Chinese and non-functional. The dinner is disgusting. And waiters don’t know and don’t like their job. First they brought potato without anything. After 30 min they brought fish. And then they brought bread in the end. Breakfast is nothing to eat. Just eggs. It’s not even 3 star hotel. I would rate them as 1 or 2. Definitely not 4.

This place is a complete disaster, I have no idea why it has 4 stars, even one is too much. It was probably nice when it was build but this was a long time ago and nothing is properly maintained anymore. Furniture is old and partly broken, the kitchenette was empty, so I have no idea how you are supposed to use it. The air conditioning is old and very loud, so you have to switch it off during the night, then the room gets very hot (opening the windows is not an option, the street is very loud). The worse however is the cleaning and the reception personnel. The room was not properly cleaned, only the trash was taken away, bed was not made. I was there for a week, and during this time the floor was not cleaned at all, although I complained about this multiple times. The personnel at the reception is impolite and basically useless, did nothing when I complained; once the woman at the reception even shouted at me. This is not the only hotel in the area, go somewhere else.

Clean, great bathroom, AC worked well. Small balcony.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Supermarket and large shopping Mall nearby.

Swimming pool was 25leva extra, hour walk to centre. (15min Taxi) Drinks at the hotel were expensive and didn’t see any pubs or restaurants in the area.

Tesis genel olarak temizdi, çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu. Odalar 1+1 şeklinde ve çok güzeldi. Burada genel olarak park sorun ama otelin kendi ücretsiz otoparkı vardı.

La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto, il centro e anche l'autostrada verso PLOVDIV. La camera spaziosa e con balcone

Purtroppo la camera non era pulitissima ed inoltre quando son rientrato la sera, nessuno si era preoccupato di rimetterla a posto: è stato solamente tirata su la coperta del letto. Le bottiglie di acqua vuote sono rimaste dove le avevo lasciate e non hanno rimpiazzato la bottiglia di acqua piena. Per un viaggiatore BUSINESS la colazione non può partire dalle 7.30: con questi orari spesso non si riesce ad usufruire di questa servizio
