The rooms are not at all like in pics. Staff is good but the location, ambience, rooms are very bad.

The washrooms are clean but not at all comfortable or with amneties.The hotel looks like a guest house. Only good thing is staff. They are accomodating.

The Staff were pleasant to deal with. they gave us rooms close to each other for no extra charge.

1) Wifi - there was no wifi available in the rooms- 2) The beds could be better 3) No floor towels to soak up the water from your wet feet as u exit the bathroom - so we would have to use our bath towels to wipe our feet or walk around the room with wet feet (very uncomfortable) 4) The rooms could be updated a bit. Overall - it was not comfortable - and we would rather pay more and get a better hotel next time. 5) No tourist information or pamphlets on things to do in Lucknow. We had to rely on the internet or ask around.

location is fantabulous close to metro station, right in to the market close railway main station and good food. friendly and supporting staff.
