nothing, we were double booked left to wait for over an hour to be accommodated as other guests were being checked in.

no regard for wasting our time and money traveling. staff was friendly, but terrible communication and promising things they couldn’t do.

I will list the items that influenced my exceptional rating for my second stay: 1) very friendly check-in staff and ease of checking in 2) great location with easy walking to grocery store 3) great little restaurant on the first floor 4) apartment is large and well equipped 5) great free internet 6) terrific value for the money

I will list those items (may only because of my preference) that may have been better. 1) more than two bath towels 2) bedside lamps for reading (actual ceramic coffee cups and not glasses for coffee 3) shower was cold !!!

We have had a very bad experience during our stay. First, we chose this accomodation on the basis of Booking photos, that were showing completely different rooms that the one in which we stayed. The photos clearly showed an elevated room with a view of the city, meanwhile we got a room in the second floor with view of the street. We would not mind that knowing it in advance, but we felt cheated. Second, the windows were so thin we could hear all the music coming from the nearby bars like there was no window. Third, neatness was very poor, the room was clearly cleaned in a hurry and there was still a wet towel which made us feel like if the previous guest had just left. We reached very tired in the night and we were very angry, nevertheless, we politely approached the receptionist with our complaint that we require the room we were promised or we want to leave immediately, because this is not for we had paid. Also we knew very well that in the neighbourhood we could get same or better room for some 60% of the price of this hotel. The receptionist tried to contact the owner. After like 30 minutes of waiting we were told that we cannot get the refund, even though we had not used the room. We were then forced to stay and spent very bad night due to the noise. We were offered another room the next day, but it was again a room without the view that we had chosen it for. Therefore, we decided to leave this place. We disliked the behaviour of the owner that did not even apologize or tried to give us discount for the discomfort and deceptive ad. We strongly do not recommend this place, not for the room itself, but for the manners of the owner. And for this price you can get much better place in Laureles, like we did the next day.
