The working area in my room was most likely.

- Doing construction and being too noisy can't sleep peacefully, they could give different floors or different units yet they provided right below one floor of renovation, that's terrible for hotel management and arrangement. - Staff None of them were friendly and rude and don't know how to entertain customers. I saw how they treat based on customers. - Reception was rude as well - for breakfast, it's the same dishes, and the food dried up and the staff don't understand the simple dish I was requesting for. - Room light with 3 different colors. - The shower was bad, not hot, and slow water pressure. - Too much noisy day and night

A strategic location to stay some days in Bangkok. The swimming pool is particularly beautiful. Our room, although overlooking the street, was quiet (perhaps because it was on the 9th floor).

The staff from the reception the morning shift when I about to check in is quiet not nice. But the cafeteria all staff are good and the cleaner very friendly. The toilette is hard flush it take long time to flush..the room is not sound proof we heard next to the room making love. And it's very loud.

Absolutely horrible experience, the toilets don't work, the bathroom is falling apart, bad pillows, worst bed, all around BAD.

Everything about this hotel is bad, it's border line a scam. Paid sure 3 nights, couldn't stay one.

very rude personnel. they just didn’t care. very hard bed and cockroaches in the room 🙄. no room service even though it says it is available up to 20.30 we got to know they closed at 18.

Location was good. Just 100m away from BTS.

The water pressure was bad. The water's heat was uncontrollable. Imagine half way the water turned cold. The Hotel was stingy on toilet roll only one roll for 2 people sharing the room. I need to buy my own extra roll from the nearby 7-11 each day. Only 1 box of tissue for full 5 days I was there. The bed was movable making sitting comfortable. The breakfast was pricey at Bht300 each person for this 3 star hotel.

Location. Chose this hotel to be next to King Manahakon and go there late night. Next to BTS station which is great. Room: ruge, comfortable bed, although the room view was not good.

Lobby - the sizes of the rooms could be compatible to the size of lobby. The first impression is really bad. The lobby in on the underground, behind a parking lot, very badly designed, small, uncomfortable. It does give a bad first impression. The swimming pool area is not well taken care of, there were ashtrays full of cigaret buts and water from rain, it was dirty, the pool smells to strong of chlorine.

The only positive thing about this property is the location.

The rooms were not ready when we arrived and we were asked to wait 20 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting, I complained that the rooms were still not prepared and only after 1h30min they gave our room keys. The rooms were dirty, bed sheets had holes in them and although it is prohibited to smoke, the rooms were smelling cigarettes and I even found some cigarette bits by the window. After complaining to the receptionist she said I would have to wait until the next day to change the room. During the night I could hear the guests next door arguing the whole night, no soundproof walls.

right next to Chong nonsi bts station and across the road from Mahanakhon skywalk experience. lots of street food within walking distance as well as McDonalds and 7/11 on the corner of the street or food stalls at the bts station. hotel check in reception staff and housekeeping staff were always very prompt, kind, attentive, helpful and friendly as well as staff at the tour desk. room and facilities included were very good value.

no real complaint - sometimes the aircon was loud but it wasn’t really a bother. this place is quite pleasant. have stayed here before this time and will definitely return again. thank you kindly

great location next to the BTS sky train station Chong Nonsi. Rooftop pool is excellent! Breakfast is perfect: lot’s to choose from! Continental to Asian! Great value for money!

Reception service and especially one lady (probably middle aged) is very impolite. Location and price is good, room is nice but the hotel should train their staff or fire the bad ones
