tiny lift air and air conditioning not very good

No bed frames. You are sleeping on the floor. Internet was weak. Be careful in the shower...curtain will fall. No breakfast. 10 years ago this was a great hotel. No longer.

Great location. Next to the Main city cathedral. Walking distance to the main pedestrian street ( 3 min.). Old, pretty, historical building. Kind staff. Large comfortable bed. Children's bed. Nice view.

The room was quite cold. Apparently it hadn't been used recently and the air conditioner failed to warm it up for a long time. No extra blankets in the room. Few TV channels. Magnetic door cards do not work. There was no breakfast.

Great, very central location. Our room had a view directly out to the catherdral. Kettle and supplies in the room for making tea and coffee. Great powerful shower with plenty of hot water.

There were no options for breakfast which was disappointing. It seems they are really cutting down on staff so our only interaction with anyone was the person in the the very small lobby. In the afternoon while we were sleeping someone with a key (cleaner?) tried to enter our room. Very small lift with only room for two people. Bath didn't have a tight fitting plug so the water slowly drained out.

the smell in the hotel and the room, the pictures of the room I payed for on booking didn’t match the reality because the room was smaller and with no sofa so I payed extra at the reception for the room I wanted, the sofa in the second room I eventually got was dirty and worn, the restroom looked like they couldn’t finish the walls up to the ceiling, the mattress wasn’t comfortable.

- location: within walking distance (up to 10 minutes) from the city center and beach - spacious rooms, and comfy bed/sofa - they do not offer parking on site, but right in front of the hotel you have Blue Zone parking with 1 leva/hour (max 3) or 16 leva for the whole day with night time parking free.

this has been the second time at this hotel - in July we staid for a night with our dog and we did not have to pay anything, they said at check-in might be a fee but after all we didn't have to pay. now, we booked for 2 nights and had to pay 60 leva (!!!!extremely much for 2 nights!!!) for the dog. the most i have ever paid for my dog in BG was 24 leva, and for a week stay! we have mentioned when booking that we re arriving with a dog, received message from them confirming the reservation but nothing mentioned about the extra fee. we've came back due to the location/facilities and nice staff and moreover the pet friendliness - but that's gone. i always have lint rollers and such to clean after the dog who is a heavy shedder, but with such extra fee - for sure did not clean after ourselves. not coming back.
