Situated in a quiet place, it has amazing garden and rooms with garden view which makes a great spot for relaxation. Friendly and very helpful staff. Food in the restaurant is great.
Perfect spot for a getaway from the city hassle.

Front desk lady went above and beyond to have our room ready for a very early check-in, which made our day after an overnight train trip so much more relaxed. Overall staff were always friendly and helpful.

Good location, quiet, 15 min walk to the center.
The carpet was ripped and smelly.
The person at the reception was confusing, actually telling us that to reach the restaurant we had to go outside, while raining, and take the stairs… later finding out there are interior stairs as well.

Great location, very quiet -15 min walk to the center. But, from the center to the hotel you need to go up the slope so if you are not in great condition I recommend public transport or taxy/ ride sharing. Very polite and helpfull staff. The garden is simply amazing. Very good restaurant on premises. Will definelty stay here again- in fact this was my second stay at the hotel.

The restaurant is superb. Very nice decorated and I was impressed they had a honey comb that you could slice.
Coffee machine was not descaled, milk drinks not functioning. The balcony for our room did not have a roof, the chairs were wet. Parking lot not cool because you had to block other cars when you parked.

The room was really clean and we had a very large balcony all to ourselves. The venue has access to a rives and a bit of forest, so the place looked really nice.
We were drawn in by the amenities mentioned in the presentation, such as the sauna, fitness room and the ping pong table. NO ONE told us beforehand that NONE of them work. A short summary of the conversation would be as follows:
Sauna? Under maintenance.
Fitness? It's next to the sauna, so it's also under maintenance.
Ping pong? Someone broke the table (or something related), so it's unusable.
Board games? Yeah, we only got backgammon because there are parts missing from all other ones.
Other than that, the breakfast was very limited. Definitely not something we would expect for the price range.

Nice and friendly staff,especially Mrs Cristina.Big room with comfortable beds.Big balcony.Modern bathroom facilities.
Not enough parking spaces.The bedding was not changed during our stay(8 nights).The cleaning is not done how it should be,especially in the bathroom,dust on the floor.Trace of dirt and dead flies on the tiles.The bathrobes were not changed during our stay.On the balcony, the plaster is peeling and the woodwork needed repairs because a plank was loose and threatened to fall.We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but the prices are high.
