The access to the beach is not good !!!!!

Wonderfully attentive staff, beautiful room with incredible views, very private, right on the beach. Excellent food!

Pillows were not the most comfortable but this is just a personal preference. The bed was extremely luxurious.

Location is stunning. Plants and trees are awesome. Feels like you are in a jungle paradise. The beach is superb.

Food options are aimed at foreigners and extremely wealthy. Some of us are fortunate but know the value of money. Food more pricey than London, Geneva, Paris, Rome, Edinburgh, Kitzbuhl or Munich. Not acceptable for the price already charged for the room.

beautiful location, so peaceful. we stayed on the diamond suite and it had the most stunning views. The villa was divine.

the beach was a bit hard to get to, steep climb down the dunes and steep climb up….access can be improved in future for those with health issues or disabilities

Breakfast and beautifull place.

The dinner at the restaurant was pricy, and the food was not enough. Not value for money. My husband was still hungry after dinner. Very expencive for little food.

Everything was exceptional from security guard at the entrance,professional reception,beautiful reception area with very polite smiling reception staff,great location beautiful natural environment green trees a minute walk to the beach,what a beautiful suite stylish warm fire place spacious bathroom with well placed closet bath and shower very comfortable bed was reluctant to wake up,excellent breakfast very beautiful dinging area with well placed lounges

Everything from being received and checked in was exceptional. The staff's attention to detail and their knowledge of everything they are doing is exceptional. Everybody goes out goes out their way to meet the customers tailor maid request and standard. The breakfast was lovely and the idea of being served in your suite at the deck or balcony was beautiful. It was served at your requested time and promptly so. The fruits were fresh and eggs made the exact way one requested.

Nothing......everything from what i requested was met with stellar commitment. I have not experienced the whole Prana to give such an informed opinion but from my own experience nothing more should have been done, it was excellent.

Prana has been my go to luxury retreat destination for years. I keep returning because they really are that good 😂. The early morning strolls on the beach, the spa, the memorable dinners, having nature on your doorstep......
