The property is amazing! Staff were wonderful, I want to thank dear Doaa frim the reception that was kind and helped us with everything we needed, and to thank Sayed from the restaurant who was great, helpful with our baby and gave us the best service. I would definitely come back

The room was nice and big including a comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean and the staff was generous. The hotel is in a perfect location and the spa was amazing.

The restaurant didn't have many vegan options and the wifi in the hotel was spotty

not my first time. big and beautiful! nice stuff they give you the feel of real vacation, like in a dream. a lot of seating area’s and bar everywhere. good for everyone (couples, families..). amazing spa, and the massage it’s the best!!!!! they even noticed that it’s my birthday, and made for me a cake.

I got an email from Amany, who was responsible for international guests. I appreciate that Amany organized a late dinner (as we arrived after the restaurant's working hours). Also, Amany helped us with the taxi and late checkout. It was a great pleasure to meet Amany. Thank you for your hospitality!

I was surprised that wine was served only in a main restaurant. In bars inside and outside you can get only cocktails and beer.

The staff was great Islam Polina and Ahmed. Very kind and positive. The hotel is beautiful. The pools and the beach are great. And the bars are open for service almost all day.

In terms of food, there is not enough variety. Need more international options.

The building is beautiful! Stunning. The staff overall is very helpful and caring. The beach is wonderful, kept clean and well maintained. The suit we took was really amazing, roomy, pampering. It is some 20 min' ride from Taba border so the location is great. All of those make a great vacation.

This hotel is really going down. It's out third stay and the food becomes worse and worse with every visit. They totally ignore ALL the reviews here that complain about the food. The raw materials are great but the "cheff" ruins them all. It can be so simple to correct! It's a shame. The WiFi was absolutely terrible. When I complained about it at the reception, explaining that I need the WiFi for my work, the answer was "don't work on a vacation". During our last stay we also complained and the hotel took care of it by installing a repeater in our room which solved the problem. This time they didn't even bother. Next time we'll prefer paying a bit more and stay at the Bayview nearby.

it was large with different options. lagoon, pool and sea to lounge by.

they were doing a lot of construction to our hotel wing when we were there and the elevator was OOO due to that once or twice. The alcohol was somehow worse than bottom shelf.

The staff was great. Starting from Arafat from the reception through the ones in the beach, the room service, dinning room. Great pools, acsess to the beach and to the salt lake lagoon. All inclusive with 3 meals, cocktails, wines, ice creams, etc. Big room with a great balcony.
