Room key card kept needing to get programmed, restaurant was embarrassing. The menu had a list of nice drinks. The bar could only make maybe 6 of the drinks. The food menu was so bad. I ordered steak cubes they didn't have it I couldn't get anything I wanted. I was to the point asking what can you make on the menu? The last night I was surprised they offered steak. I ordered one and I was served a steak with a butter knife. I asked for a simple steak knife and they didn't have one to offer.

No internet. This should be taking consideration to the guest that Airline check-in are now online to avoid long queue in the airport.

Breakfast was good.

Toilet very slow to flush and the bathtub was very deep. Dangerous for seniors and disabled customers.

The front desk staff were friendly. Food from menu in restaurant was nice.

1. Management were terrible when trying to resolve an issue. 2. Location is very isolated, and no restaurants or bars in local area as advertised. 3. No lock on balcony door or hotel door. 4. Lacking basic necessities (bath robes, etc). 5. Taxi charges extra 100 Peso for collection and arrival every time when a resident at this hotel. 6.Difficult for taxis to find. 7. Bedsheets unclean and not changed from previous guests. 8. Furniture in rooms was dirty and sticky. 9. Blood stains on bedroom floor and excrement stains on shower curtain. 10. Expensive in comparison to other local (better) hotels. A disappointing experience. Worst hotel I have stayed in Asia.

the only good thing was the staff. very kind and helpful. the restaurant staff Jade was amazing and hard worker. he deserved a ton of credit.

I don’t give bad reviews however with this, I was very disappointed. when I checked in the room was filthy. the bathroom was full of mould, hard and also the hot water wasn’t working. I sucked it up and they cleaned it up the next day. however the suite was still dirty. for some reason there has been womens hair all over the floor. one time I got out of the shower, walked to the bed and a full hall of hair was under my foot. after that I was so uncomfortable I would have to wear flip flops everywhere in the suite. the gym in the other building was good. beach is small but a private section which is nice. pool side (near the ocean) was nice. good security which is reassuring. there was a basketball court and I wanted to play however they wanted to charge me 500……….. which was very unacceptable. the place has so much potential but management is lacking. with the price I paid it was not worth it.

The hotel stuff was very helpful 😊 The rooms were large and clean. It's very nice for family's. If you have a car or motor you need only few minutes to found food.
