The hotel building and facilities are old, but well maintained and not unpleasant. Above all, I was impressed by the employees, who were very friendly and pleasant to serve. Breakfast is good and the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. It was a memorable hotel and I would like to go back one day.

Everything except that renovation was happening and we were not informed about it before booking.

clean tidy ,reasonable breakfast but a small restaurant . clean rooms nice facilities, tea coffee etcetc good cheap cafes/restaurants.

Expensive but this is Bombay ! sofa bed broke but fixed in good time and efficiently . close to Mumbai Central

Great location and a very clean room. The breakfast and the dinner menu items were delicious and irresistible . Plenty of food variety to choose from. The staff at all levels were outstanding, very friendly and eager to help. Our thanks to the housecleaning and Reception area personnel who accommodated us with all our requests. Special thanks to Sunil and Santosh who helped us with our baggage transfer and airline weight requirements verification. We did not have to pay any excess baggage fees at the airport since their readings turned out to be accurate and within the airline guidelines. Our thanks to Mahesh, Tuba, Clifford and the ladies at the Reception Desk who made our Check-In and Check-Out very pleasant. THANK YOU ALL at the Sahil Hotel for making our stay very comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. Looking forward to staying at the Sahil Hotel in the future. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST !

Clean environment and courteous staff. Right from the security men at the entrance to the managers of the hotel, they offered excellent service.

Guests were denied watching the Qatar 2022 World Cup football tournament matches from our rooms. We were compelled to watch the matches at the drinking bar. That's not good enough.
