Great value hotel but request the Colonial area by the pool for best rooms. Awesome taco shop Union around the corner and the area is perfect for exploring.

They didnt offer any brakfast. In general, the room looked mush worse and worned out than in photos. They didnt have hair dryer in the room and when I asked for one in reception they said it was already taken. I asked at what time it will be returned and the receptionist said: maybe tomorrow. It was the New Years Eve, so I had no chance of drying my hair for the evening. The safety box was old and it took long for them to find the key. When I entered the room, there were no towels and I had to ask the buttler to bring them (and of course, pay extra for that service, since it is Mexico!).

I booked this room for my mom alone, the hotel felt very eerie and empty and the pool was gross. The rooms REALLY need some maintenance, things are falling apart. This was not the worst part.. on the second night my mom found a whole lot of larvae like insects in her bed!!!!! They fell out of her pillowcase and others just lay there in the middle of the bed. How this happened was a mystery. She asked for a new room and got one but this one was on the loud side of the street and did not have a lock on her door. She checked out the following morning. I DEFINITELY NOT RECCOMEND!!!

The hotel is very well located. The room was big and the air conditioning worked quick to cool it down. Modest furniture, but not very comfortable. The pool was a great facility to have on a hot day.

The housekeeper had prepared the room properly. They did not change the pillow covers. They were greasy and smelly. I asked for a replacement on the night of my arrival. They only replaced it until the next day. The WiFi was spotty and unreliable. A certain level of disorganization was palpable among the staff.

The location is good, and the hotel is clean and quiet, very nice and helpful staff.

Wifi is quite weak in the room but they have a room in the lobby where you can work or do zoom calls.

Very nice emplacement. Close to the centrum where you have a lot of restaurants an bars. You have AC and TV in the room. Receptionist are very helpful. Housekeeping is doing the room everyday and is changing your towels. For breakfast I recommend a place next street call Bianca Tropical,excellent and start from 7am

The room is in colonial style, very old need a refurbishment. Not very clean but it is OK. The room key quickly not working I recommend to pass by reception each time to reactivate it. The room was close to the swimming pool and people do not respect the opening time till 9pm . Music and people talking until midnight.

Room didn’t have hot shower and the staff wasn’t proactive in resolving the issue. Making us run the water for 1hrs and wasting it with no solution. When we enquire about any compensation as they didn’t deliver what is a basic service, they said they’ll give us a 20% refund from the rate for use of the room and expected us to check out at 9pm in the evening. We said that this is not acceptable but the reception took out the form that they had us sign during check in on their cancellation policy and refused to compromise. They expected us to pay a full day worth of stay without hot shower. Ridiculous. The situation only got resolved when they called the manager on the phone and he decided to waive a small portion of the night stay. We took it as we were really tired by then. We just slept without showering and checked out first thing next morning to a better hotel.

I like the location of the hotel you're closer to all the nightlife of Mérida at least on downtown area. You achieve many interesting places just by walking.

The room was a little small, and it was dusty, the TV cable was very simple, with limited options of channel. Despite I leased this bedroom for 2 persons, the clerk on the desk, ask me if one day I had received a visitor, and I didn't see any problem with that, but I guess he had one.

We liked the location and the comfort of the room, good water pressure. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The bed could have been more comfortable but I'll live!

Rooms were really nice and had all amenities, staff were extremely helpful especially with organizing last minute tours and location was great!

Pretty old and dirty place with really disgusting odors, I assure you they don't change beds everyday. it was so nasty that I didn't undone the bed to sleep . The hotel is way so hot everywhere, the pool is way dirty I saw a soda can in there and the restaurant service is more than slow, for having breakfast I had to invest at least hour and half. The price was way overpriced and there was no way to cancel plus the check in people did something pretty weird that still don't understand why they do that, they were trying to make a copy of my passport and i said no but finally they copy my drive license and I never been asked for something like that in any of the places had been visiting . This hotel need a real maintenance or be demolish .
